The iSleep Easy app contains a wide variety of guided meditations to help you fall asleep and sleep deeply.
Perfect at bedtime, or anytime you want to relax, this app has three different meditations of varying lengths. The podcast app, developed by Wizzard Media, gives you easy access to all of our podcast meditations.

However, I would like to suggest that the longer breathing meditations of the Meditation Oasis podcasts may be added to the app, so that the app may be used for short breathing breaks as well as longer meditation sessions.
I have an Apple I Pad and wanted to download Music for meditation and relaxation on it but I don’t see it on the apps to download, I find this meditation very helpful. In the pod cast app you often suggest at the end of the meditation we can continue on ourselves, but that is impossible to do when the intro for the next meditation begins almost immediately.

I’m pretty new to meditation, and have found it is the thing that helps most to relieve my pain. Chances are it isn’t a particular tone that is affecting you on the Centering meditation. It has been a great help for me to relax at work or at home, to refresh my mind, to feel re-energized.
I came across this app while looking for a way to relax myself in-between different lessons at school and to help me focus before revising my lessons. Actually, the longer breathing exercise on the app is 12 minutes, not much different than the two breathing meditations on the podcast.

I have read several remarks about this on the reviews for the app, so I’m not alone in being effected by this. In addition, you can create your own sleep program using a Playlist feature which allows you to listen to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature sound you’d like in the background and how long they will continue after the voice guidance stops. Once the Breathing audio gets you started, you can continue your breathing break for as long as you’d like. Most people will experience immediate relief using the guided breathing meditations, but the long term benefit of At Ease will come from using the breathing meditations, exercises and journaling regularly over time.
Each meditation gives you the option to continue longer on your own after the voice-guidance ends.


Right now we’re not open to doing retreats for a number of reasons, but you can always check back with us (in at least 6 months). It may be that particular meditation for some reason, or the music in the background in general.
The meditations are all about you and your experience, and having your own image of what “the lady” looks like probably works best! After a while I discovered that I felt most uncomfortable AFTER studying (not BEFORE my revisions), for I was so exhausted that I started hyperventilating.
