Such a different experience from the University Hospital emergency room, which had a pediatric section, and to which I had been with my other son, who remembers his visit as unpleasant and stressful; he says he does not want to go back.

But the guards, clerks, lighting, and layout all were stressful for a seven year old boy, as they were set up for adults and without regard for the feelings of children.
