Prior to this, he served as Regional Director for Marubeni Power Asset Management covering Southeast Asia and Australia. Sharma spent two years with ICICI Bank as part of its Project Finance Group managing the project finance cycle for large Indian greenfield power projects in India. He is the Director responsible for Equis’ investment in Indian hydro and plays an active asset management role in this asset. Russell was a Managing Director and Partner of Goldman Sachs JBWere in Sydney and was Co-Head of its Principal Investment Area for Australia and New Zealand ("GSJBW PIA"). Prior to joining Equis, he was a Consultant at Thomson Reuters in New York where was responsible for identifying and evaluating investments in the Americas. Djuita spent three years with Saratoga Capital where he evaluated and executed investments across various sectors including, among others, power, oil & gas, and logistics. Tan was a Group Accountant at Harmony Capital Group where she was responsible for the financial accounting function across the group of companies. Fages worked in the South East Asia COO Office at BNP Paribas, Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Prior to Equis, Ms Liew was an Operations Administrative Assistant with Vitol Asia Pte Ltd.
Kwek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia. Phoon spent nine years with KPMG in New York and Vietnam where he specialised in providing assurance services to financial institutions including banks, investment banks and broker-dealers and technical accounting advisory and guidance to KPMG’s assurance teams.

His experience is across a diverse range of infrastructure assets including power generation and transmission, water treatment, toll roads, telecommunications and container terminals across Asia and the U.S. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate, Quantitative Research, for Infosys Technologies Limited. Yang was a Vice President of Macquarie Funds Group based in Abu Dhabi, where he was responsible for asset acquisitions in the Middle East and North Africa region for the ADCB Macquarie Infrastructure Fund. He was also Chairman of a number of GSJBW PIA's Private Equity and Mezzanine Fund Investment Committees. Chen was an Associate Director with Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for advising clients on M&A transactions and arranging debt in the private and public markets. He has previously worked as a Senior Project Specialist and Principal Finance Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (“ADB”) focusing on renewable energy project development. Prior to Assetz Property Group, he held a number of senior positions at Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia and the United Kingdom. Gibson has extensive onshore and offshore experience having worked in London, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore. He spent six years in London acting for some of the key funds houses in the market on some of Europe’s largest funds like PAI, Electra and Triton, four years in the Cayman Islands with a focus on taking US capital into Asia before taking up the role of Head of Private Funds in Asia for SJ Berwin in 2010. Sharma spent five years with Bechtel Corporation focused on EPC execution across US power projects and the implementation of energy efficiency projects.

Gupta was a Deputy Asset Manager with Total Gas & Power India for five and a half years where he was responsible for executing and managing transactions related to LNG and LPG import businesses in India whilst also being involved in actively pursuing new business initiatives for the group. Neo spent four years with PwC Singapore, providing assurance services to hedge funds, ETFs, sovereign wealth funds, brokers and commodity trading companies before moving on to Wells Fargo Global Fund Services, as a senior financial reporting and accounting policies specialist.
