Frozen meals, long associated with the American affinity for eating dinner in front of the tube, are a nearly $9-billion business in the US, according to data from the market research firm Euromonitor. For our own benefit and that of our children’s we need to make the effort to return to clean eating and living by eliminating that which we would not have had 12,000 years ago.
