Pinnacle Safety and Training will ensure ERT members are appropriately skilled and ready to respond in the event of a site emergency. It's critical that the skills and abilities of ERT members are being maintained and developed over time. Just a quick email to thank yourself and Pinnacle Safety and Training for the training performed on our site. In 2011, the Emergency Department at Staten Island University Hospital's South Site treated more than 33,000 patients. Nationally, the average wait time is more than four hours, according to the American College of Emergency Physicians.
The South Site emergency facility is 8,700 square feet and features 27 patient treatment rooms, enabling our health care team to deliver trauma, behavioral, urgent, and emergent care to geriatric, adult and pediatric patients in a family-friendly environment.

The South Site ED is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is certified by the American Heart Association as a designated Stroke Center. We believe it is virtually pointless to deliver ERT training unless it is customised to your work site. The trainers Lester and Ashley were very professional and experienced and I would recommend them and Pinnacle to anyone looking to do training in this area. From the organisation and professionalism shown by Courtney in the office, to the training given by Jay - who is by far the best trainer I've ever been taught by. We have a team of skilled professionals ad well trained staff for rendering these services. And, within our borough, the population on the south shore of the Island is leading that trend. For many of those patients who had conditions that were not life threatening, the wait time to see a doctor was less than 20 minutes.
In quality and convenience, our South Site ED rivals that of any community hospital in the country.

EU regulations mean we have to point this out, hence the annoying message, which will only appear on this first visit.
Therefore, we tailor our course content to your specific work situation and tackle real-world site issues throughout the training. Pinnacle work with a host of Emergency Response Teams across the country to assist in meeting this obligation. To make things easy we will assume that you're happy to receive cookies but you can change settings any time by using the Change cookie settings link in the Special menu. Our On Site Emergency Plan takes into account all possible emergencies that may occur on the site. The plan provides a list of the available resources on the site to deal with the situation.
