Our TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification is the minimum requirement for a practitioner who is required to design and develop training initiatives linked to national units of competency, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or associated business.
This course will suit those who are prepared to allocate 6 consecutive business days and work hard to achieve their qualification. 6 consecutive business days, courses usually start on a Monday and follow through to Monday of the following week.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) supersedes Cert IV in Training and Assessment which itself superseded Cert IV Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198).
Certificate IV in TAE - Training and assessment (TAE40110) requires completion of 10 units of competency (7 core and 3 electives).
After achieving TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, candidates may undertake TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment or may choose to undertake TAE70110 Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice.
A laptop with Microsoft Office installed is essential for this course (Microsoft Office 2007 or later version for PC, Office 2010 version for Mac).
