Please help us plan ahead
Food and facility expenses are based on head count - if you are coming, let us know, and we will have food and space for you.If you register at the door, while we will probably be able to accommodate you, we can't guarantee it.
If you register and don't come, we will still have food and space for you (there is no refund policy at this time).
If you register without including payment, we will still have food and space for you. If you then don't show, you will be invoiced (due to the food and space we reserved for you).
