When it comes to going abroad, no matter who you are or where you are going, you will have to pack.
Not only is a reusable water bottle sturdier (and it leaks less) than a convenience-store bottle, it also keeps your water tasting more like water and less like hot plastic. Do you chronically leave a stack of plastic or paper shopping bags behind in your hotel room when you check out? The last thing most people want to do when packing is scan and print or photocopy their passport and other important documents. I am not here to give you some medical lesson here but telling you how important to have a basic knowledge of first aid.
Of course that are pre-requisites, then you have to enroll yourself in First Aider Course to train and qualify yourself. The first aid kit comes with the first aid guidance and quick step by step to equip you with sufficient knowledge in the event of emergency. I have a red pouch for our Everyday Basic First Aid Kit that I keep in a cabinet where we keep our medications. When stocking medications, it’s important to keep on top of expiration dates, although, just because a medication says it has expired, {aside from a few exceptions} the truth is, you can still take it.

Besides your passport and wallet, there are a few basic things that I, personally, think that would save you money and time (if not your life). Throw your empty water bottle of choice into your carry-on, then fill it up post-security at the airport and you won’t have to depend on the flight attendant to keep you hydrated.
For travel, consider getting a slightly smaller water bottle that fits easily in a purse or bag.
One dirty sock or wet bathing suit can turn an entire vacation wardrobe into a dirt-smeared, olfactory mess. Since hygiene standards vary among destinations, and because the hand-washing trinity of water-soap-drying implement is not always available, keeping a small bottle of hand sanitizer in your day bag is your ace in the hole. However, in the unlikely but serious event that your passport or visa is lost or stolen, it’s a big help to have an extra copy on hand.

I am not trying to show off what I know but to let you know there is this list acts as a guide to re-order the expire medication or bandages. At least sufficient until you call 911 for help or 112 on your cell phone but I really hope you don’t need to use this kit at all!
Although I have first aid knowledge and even taking test before, but I tends to be so lazy to bring all of those when travel abroad. The collection will be donated to old folks homes, orphanage homes, single parents, victims of natural disaster etc. Even more than that, we all hope that we’ll never be faced with an emergency situation where we need to use a first aid kit. Even as I write these lists, I think of all that I have not prepared – and how can I possibly afford to purchase all of these things? The everyday first aid kit is the one you go to when your child skins his knee or your husband cuts his finger on a kitchen knife.
But most ready-made first aid kits will not contain everything you will want to keep in your Home Emergency Closet.
I'm a pastor's wife and homeschooling mom living in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Southeastern KY.
When you arrive at your destination, your next refill is as close as the tap, as long as the water is potable.
There are plenty of aluminum, glass, stainless steel, and hard-plastic options in the 12-ounce range.
Don’t make your clean clothes rub elbows (or knees, or feet) with your dirties—pack a small laundry bag that can contain wet, soiled, and smelly clothes. And since reusable bags tend to be tougher than their disposable brethren, they are handy for heavier purchases and can do double duty as picnic baskets and beach bags. Don’t be that person who ends up spending $7 on a pack of five bandages because you forgot to throw a few in your bag when you were packing. You miss your train and find yourself stuck at a country rail station where live pigeons are the only source of protein. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (containing at least 60 percent alcohol), rubbed on your hands until they are dry. Stash the copies in a separate place from the actual documents, so if you lose one, you’ll likely still have the other. If you are not a biology student, you might think CPR is kissing the helpless one but it is actually Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. I am not only knowing Paracetamol or Aspirin but I know a whole list of medic gadgets and using them in right manner.

So, you don’t need to get the whole brand new first aid kit but only replace the one that is run out.
However, by setting priorities and working toward a goal you can begin to gather your supplies.
And then there is the really Detailed Emergency First Aid kit you want to have in your Home Emergency Closet.
If you have young children who cannot swallow pills, be sure to stock both liquid and tablets. Even if the water is questionable, you can opt to purchase one large plastic jug of water instead of dozens of smaller ones and just refill your reusable bottle as necessary.
In travel destinations, basic first aid supplies tend to be overpriced, and it’s not always convenient to hobble to a store post-injury in search of emergency supplies. At the very least, write down your passport number and email it to yourself or simply email the scans of the documents.
Does is sounds cool if I told you what to do with hypo-allergenic tape or octenisept spray? If you are serious about preparing for a possible long term crisis, you’ll want to stock up on items for your Detailed Emergency First Aid Kit.
Protein bars, nuts, and other items that don’t get mushy or need to be refrigerated are perfect snacks to keep stashed in your bag. Losing your passport is panic-inducing and can potentially ruin a vacation, so this is one of those times when it pays to take a few extra just-in-case steps.
If you don’t know how to keep sterile gloves sterile, you might want to watch a video on how to get them on your hands without contaminating them.
You don’t need anything complicated, just a few bandages, some antibiotic ointment (look for the individual-use packs), and maybe some moleskin if you have a tendency to injure yourself with your footwear. And let’s face it, an on-the-go snack is never unwelcome, even if you sail through your trip food-emergency free.
Exam gloves are simply clean and provide a barrier between your hands and whatever you are working on.
Another time, Lucy came down with a terrible respiratory illness and I used the collodial silver on her and she got better. Then there was the time I gave it to my horse… Of course, this is simply my own experience and I can’t confirm for sure that Lucy is still alive today because of the collodial silver, but I believe it!
