On the morning of my 31st birthday in January, I looked in the mirror and was shocked at what appeared to be a new stomach no lie! I tossed out all the unhealthy items in my kitchen, purchased some new workout clothes and was on my way. It wasn't long before I started to come across many  Instagram accounts geared towards health and especially meal prep. Since then I've only purchased fresh food, healthy snacks and have been very successful in this clean eating change. Since, I'd definitely over packed for my week stay in NYC I also had this peplum top on hand as well.
