His other teachers include Tlacaelel of Mexico, Julio Revolorio of Guatemala, Tascara of Mexico, Ed Young-Man-Afraid-of-His-Horses of Pine Ridge, John C.
Luis’s obstacles have been many: In 1993 he became clean and sober after seven years of drug use and 20 years of alcohol abuse—having gone through three wives, two live-in girlfriends, other relationships, and many jobs.
Luis is now happily married to the former Maria Trinidad Cardenas (Trini), a father of three sons (Ramiro, Ruben, and Luis) and a daughter (Andrea), and the grandfather of five (Ricardo, Anastasia, Amanda, Catalina, and Jack Carlos).
Luis’s earthly journey began in 1954 when he was born on the border—El Paso, Texas to be exact, although his family resided in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico at the time. At age two Luis moved to Watts, where the family lived in poverty and faced racial and social class discrimination along with his African American and Mexican neighbors. At 15 he was thrown out of two high schools for fighting, and ended up at a high school near his father’s job, from which he dropped out. But despite the intense years in "La Vida Loca"--including getting shot at a half dozen times, although never hit--it all ended in a whimper. Luis let go heavy drugs for more than a year while finishing his schooling, but unfortunately became depressed around the time he left school and turned back to drugs and gang warfare. At 19, Luis embarked into a revolutionary life, studying Marxism and other political texts, and taking on issues of police abuse, school integration, labor justice, immigrant rights, and more. In 1977, then 23 years old, Luis ran for the Los Angeles School Board, managed by Anthony Prince, which oversaw the second-largest school district in the country, as part of national “Vote Communist” campaigns. In addition, after leaving the gang life, Luis worked close to ten years as a truck driver, bus driver, warehouse worker, a foundry smelter, in a paper mill, in construction, in refineries, and four years in a steel mill.
At 25, Luis stopped working in industry—which by then was mostly leaving Los Angeles, the country’s largest manufacturing center, and other U.S. Luis wrote freelanced articles involving indigenous uprisings and farm worker land takeovers in Mexico as well as civil wars in Nicaragua and Honduras. Nonetheless, he was blacklisted from working in journalism for his radical politics by the editor of the San Bernardino Sun. In Chicago, Luis facilitated writing workshops in homeless shelters for the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, and visited schools, juvenile facilities, and prisons for the Chicago Teacher’s Center. Luis married Trini in 1988 and a year later self-published his first book, a poetry collection called “Poems Across the Pavement,” founding Tia Chucha Press in the process. Three years after his son’s last prison conviction, Luis and Trini decided to move back to Los Angeles, where they both grew up, to link with family. In 2001, Trini, Luis, and their brother-in-law Enrique Sanchez created Tia Chucha’s Cafe Cultural, LLC—a full coffee bar with bookstore, performance space, art gallery, and arts workshop center. Both Trini and Luis never got paid for running Tia Chucha's Centro & Bookstore, Tia Chucha Press, for fundraising, and outreach. While both Trini and Luis’ parents passed, their sons Ruben and Luis had many positive family relations and they thrived in school, the arts, writing, and in music.
Luis’s readings and talks over the years include a ten-week writer’s residency in North Carolina (doing 21 events a week), Seattle’s Bumpershoot Literary Festival, the Aspen Literary Festival, Sundance Film Workshops, Rock-A-Mole Festivals in Los Angeles, Illinois’s Ravinia Festival, Chicago’s Orchestra Hall and The School of the Arts Institute, Hollywood’s Ford Amphitheater, Associated Writing Programs conferences, national Book Expos, the Buenos Aires Book Fair, the Mexico City Book Fair, the Guadalajara Book Fair, Caracas Book Fair, London Book Fair, New York City Book Fair, Miami’s Book Fair, Watts Jazz Festival, Grand Park Book Fest (LA), L.A.
Luis has had his works produced as plays, poetry-theater or one-man shows at the Mark Taper Auditorium, Ivar Theater and John Anson Ford Theater in Los Angeles—and the Blue Ryder Theater, the Firehouse Theater and Club Lower Links in Chicago.
Since 1980 Luis has done talks, writing workshops and readings in prisons and juvenile lockups, having gone regularly to San Quentin Prison in northern California with visits to Soledad, Folsom, Chino, and Lancaster prisons as well as juvenile halls and lockups in northern, central and southern California.
In 2002 Luis created a CD of his poetry with original music by Ernie Perez and the band Seven Rabbit called “My Name’s Not Rodriguez” (Dos Manos Records). Luis’s latest book is the 2011 sequel to "Always Running," entitled "It Calls You Back: An Odyssey Through Love, Addiction, Revolutions, and Healing," which became a finalist for the 2012 National Book Critics Circle Award. In addition, along with forty other gang intervention experts, researchers and urban peace advocates, Luis helped create the Community-Based Gang Intervention Model from 2006-2008, under the auspices of then L.A. Starting in 2011 Luis took part in several public conversations with Louie Perez of the East L.A.
In 2008, Luis also founded Barking Rooster Entertainment to do films, CDs, TV productions, podcasts, and Internet content. And along with leaders in labor, immigrant rights, veteran’s rights, education and housing struggles, among others, Luis helped establish the Network for Revolutionary Change in Chicago during the fall of 2011 to unite as many practical leaders as possible with a vision of cooperation, peace and a healthy environment for all as the United States faces deep challenges to the capitalist economic and political social order. In addition, Luis became running mate of Rocky Anderson for the Justice Party during the 2012 presidential elections where they appeared on the ballot in fifteen states and were write-in candidates in twenty more—he was also on third party candidate debates with Democracy Now! and Huffington Post Live.
In 2014, Luis ran for California governor in the June primary, endorsed by the Green Party of California, Mexican American Political Association, Chicanos Unidos of Orange County, PODER of Santa Barbara, Corazon Del Pueblo of Boyle Heights, Brooklyn & Boyle magazine, Chicano scholar Rudy Acuna, Salinas City Councilmember Jose Castaneda, and El Hormiguero (The Anthill) of Pacoima, among others. Rodriguez was given the Dine name of Naayee' Neezghanii on the Navajo Nation not long after Anthony Lee, a medicine man, and his wife Delores spiritually adopted Luis’s wife, Trini, and consequently the whole family. In the early 1980s, a right-wing editor of a daily newspaper blocked Luis from working in southern California newspapers, but this never deterred him from continuing to write for publications, books and other media. In early 2014, he became a great-grandfather to Xavier and in mid-2015 great-grandfather to Jayyda Marie.
He has deep roots in the Chihuahua desert (which covers part of northern Mexico and southwest United States) with ties to the Raramuri tribe through his mother—and Spanish, Nahuatl-speaking peoples, and African ties through his father, who was from Guerrero, Mexico.
Despite a short stint in Reseda CA as the only Mexican family on the block, and facing more racially based attacks, the family ended up in the San Gabriel Valley (once living in the unincorporated community of South San Gabriel, former migrant area that at the time was one of the poorest neighborhoods in L.A. That same year his parents kicked him out of the house, forcing him to live in the streets of downtown L.A. At 16, Luis was placed on murderer’s row of the old Hall of Justice Jail in downtown Los Angeles for taking part in the Chicano Moratorium against the Vietnam War.
He then met a youth worker at the local community center who turned him on to mural painting.
He also learned Mexika (Aztec) dance and participated in Chicano movement strategy meetings. He even tried going to California State College, Los Angeles, and was active in the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) and editor of the MEChA newspaper, but dropped out. He began working with gang youth, turning their lives around and helping them get politically educated and active, including in the housing projects of Pico Gardens and Aliso Village, other neighborhoods in Boyle Heights, in the Harbor Area, in the Florence barrio, in Pasadena CA, in Watts, in Echo Park, in City Terrace, and other areas.
He traveled throughout the large district, garnering close to 23,000 votes, winning precincts in Watts, East L.A.
He won a journalism award for an LA Weekly piece on immigration raids in elementary schools, which often left children alone and bewildered as their parents were rounded up.
Luis then became a Public Affairs Associate for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFL-CIO)—also participating in the largest union representation election in U.S. He had two more children in Chicago—Ruben and Luis—and a total of four grandchildren during the late 1980s and 1990s. He quit working for others after publication of “Always Running” by Curbstone Press in early 1993, embarking on a three-month, 30-city book tour. He had a major relapse on a trip to Europe, but by June 30, 1993 he’s remained completely sober.
In 2003, Luis, Angelica Loa and Victor Mendoza started Tia Chucha’s Centro Cultural, a nonprofit to incorporate the growing workshops and arts aspects of the cafe. Times Book Festival, Chicago’s Printer’s Row, New Orleans’s Pirate’s Alley Literary Festival, Rome’s “Ikasi, the Barrio, the ‘Hood” Hip Hop Gathering, Puerto Rico’s Hispanic Journalists Conference, PEN International Conferences in Toronto and Montreal, the Heidelberg Poetry Festival, the Sarajevo Poetry Festival, the first “Slam Poetry” tour of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands as well as venues in Latin America, Paris, Tokyo, Milan, Groningen, southern Germany, Manchester, and London. He’s done the same in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and more. Interviews and reviews of Luis’s work have appeared in the Chicago Reader, Chicago magazine, New York Times, Washington Post, Denver Post, The Face, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Times, People (En Espanol), The Sun, Christian Science Monitor, Los Angeles Magazine, and others. Supreme Court to end life sentences for juveniles in non-capital crimes, which the high court eventually declared unconstitutional. Its first book, 2011’s “Detoured: My Journey from Darkness to Light” by Jesse De La Cruz, documented the life of a 30-year California prisoner and state prison gang leader, now college professor. His long-time friend Anthony Prince, now a lawyer, became manager, harking back 35 years when Luis first ran for office.
After countless hours of research on and about this breed, here is my version of how this wonderful breed came to be.In the early 1800a€™s Scotsman Bruce McKinsey moved his family moved from the cold damp climates of Northern Scotland to the Grampian Hills of Central Scotland. By 12, he indulged in drugs and drinking, including sniffing toxic sprays, dropping illicit pills, LSD, and heroin.
This youth worker was an organizer in the Chicano Movement, part of the Brown Berets and a leader in Chicano school walkouts. The judge denied any possible felony charges of assaulting sheriff’s deputies—despite deputies clamoring for such charges—and instead gave Luis time served for “drunk and disorderly” and “resisting arrest.” Luis decided to leave the gang life and also underwent his first heroin withdrawals in the County Jail. His youth work included football and forest trips in Pasadena, weekly talent shows and film nights (with films shown on the side of his house) in Watts, and study circles in peoples’ homes. This reportage assisted in the national debate to end such raids, and to end using police in cities like Los Angeles as agents of the immigration authorities. Along with poet Michael Warr and others he co-founded the Guild Complex Literary Arts Center.
He worked as a typesetter in various publishing outfits, including for Liturgy Training Publications, which at the time was part of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Those involved in opening doors to his native spiritual practices include Nane Alejandrez and Barrio Unidos, Frank Blazquez, Louie Ruan, and Francisco Chavez. His daughter Andrea and a granddaughter Catalina joined them after Luis and Trini bought a house in San Fernando CA a year later. His prison visits and work with juvenile offenders have also included Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Argentina, Italy, and England. For some ten years, Luis has been a recurring honorary co-host with Dominique DiPrima on the “Front Page” talk show, KJLH-FM.
Sheriff’s deputies threatened him and four other “cholo” gangsters with charges linked to the murders of three people in the disturbances, although this was not pursued and Luis was released. He became a youth leader at the Bienvenidos Community Center and the John Fabela Youth Center in South San Gabriel.
Luis married at age 20, and nine months later held Ramiro as a newborn in 1975 and promised he’d be the best father possible—with no drugs or gangs or crimes. He also managed creative writing, journalism and speech classes at East Los Angeles Community College. He also traveled around the country helping in other union campaigns, but by 1985 Luis quit AFSCME.
He continued to work with gang and non-gang youth, having co-founded Youth Struggling for Survival (some 200 attended the founding conference, including organizer Patricia Zamora, his former wife, Camila, Ramiro, and Andrea), the Increase the Peace Network, and the Humboldt Park Teen Reach, working with groups like BUILD, YMCA’s Street Intervention Project, Latino Youth, the Community Renewal Society, Mothers Against Gang Violence, several churches, and Native American sweat lodge circles. The book became well known due to the 1992 Los Angeles Rebellion sparked by the acquittal of police officers in the beating of Rodney King. Trini has run Tia Chucha's full-time on a voluntary basis with paid staff and consultants—and other volunteers. In El Salvador in 1996 he helped establish the first gang peace between members of the Mara Salvatrucha and 18th Street along with mayors of various cities, non-governmental agencies, police agencies, and faith-based organizations.

This model was adopted by the City of Los Angeles in 2008, helping bring about much lowered gang violence rates, and has been used as a guide in other cities and countries. With only a few thousand dollars—against the $20 million war chest of incumbent Democrat Governor Jerry Brown and members of both parties with over a million dollars—Luis garnered around 67,000 votes, sixth among 15 candidates, and first among third-party and independent candidates. After spending time together working the sheep in the fields and watching how McKinseya€™s dogs worked the livestock, Alexander eventually acquired a female Scottish Colley from Bruce and named her Flora. At that age, his family moved to the City of San Gabriel after his father bought a house when he procured a laboratory custodian job 40 miles away at Pierce College, Woodland Hills CA.
A year later, he was arrested for “assault with intent to commit murder” in the shooting of four people, but was released when his homies scared all the witnesses. Books are how he learned English, and even living on the streets, in the gang, or on drugs he wandered into libraries as refuge. That summer, he took part in the Summer Program for Minority Journalists, held at the University of California, Berkeley.
That May he moved to Chicago to edit the People’s Tribune, a revolutionary publication linked to the League of Revolutionaries for a New America. In 1994, he took part in the Mosaic Foundation’s Multicultural Men’s Conferences, founded by storyteller and mythologist Michael Meade, and working with such teachers as American Buddhist Jack Kornfield, African tribal leader Malidoma Some, and Guyana-born healer Orland Bishop. In the summer of 2010, Ramiro was finally paroled from prison after his last stretch of 13-and-a-half years for three attempted murder convictions. Audio books have been released through Dreamscape and he has e-books from Open Road Integrated Media. In 2012, he took part in the Transnational Advisory Group in Support of the Peace Process in El Salvador to access, advise and assist a 2012 gang-led peace truce between MS-13 and 18th Street leaders that had international ramifications. Luis also helped with a House of Representatives bill based on this model, introduced by Congressman Cardenas in 2013. Articles on his candidacy or mentions appeared in the Orange County Weekly, Monterey County Weekly, New Yorker, Los Angeles Times, Mint Press, Truthout, TruthDig, KCET Departures, San Francisco Bay Guardian, Huffington Post, KPFK-FM, KPFA-FM, Univision, EFE Spanish-language network, and Fox News Latino, among others.
He’s also a student of the Mexika (so-called Aztec) and Mayan cosmologies and has a Mexika name of Xikome Tochtli (Seven Rabbit) given to him in the mid-1990s by his teacher, Macuiltochtli, based on the Tonalmatl—the Mexika Calendar.
By 18 Luis faced a minimum of six years for “fighting” with sheriff’s deputies and was being held in the Los Angeles County Jail, now the largest jail system in the United States. In books, his imagination was lit and his world broadened—books did not dismiss or belittle him, beat or abandon him. He covered news in the San Francisco Bay Area and by the fall was working as a daily newspaper reporter in San Bernardino CA. From then on, Luis made a living by speaking, doing readings, conducting workshops, writing and editing. Here story, poetry, song, dance, intense dialogues, and emerging rituals are used to help heal and address issues of personal rage, racial discord, and more. He obtained Associated of Arts degrees in prison and has become crime free as well as clean and sober. In 2013, with the help of John Densmore of the Doors and Alex Sanchez of Homies Unidos, Luis helped set up libraries in various Salvadoran prisons.
A major outcome was the continuation of his “Imagine a New California” campaign and the beginning stages of a California Network for Revolutionary Change. By then he had no family visits, no close friends (twenty five of his friends had been killed by gang warfare, drug overdoses, robbery attempts, police shootings, and suicide), and he was hooked on heroin. Walking into the Monterey Book Store in Monterey Park one day, Luis met Sy Feinberg, a Jewish-American communist who opened up a bigger world of books and ideas. And he has testified as a gang expert witness in close to 70 asylum cases since the late 1990s in federal immigration courts, and also to stop gang enhancements and the railroading of youth in a few state criminal courts.
He also hooked up with radicals in the old Midnight Special Bookstore in Venice, CA (and later in Chicago with the Guild Books). THESE VERY SAME ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, WHO HAVE SWORN TO PROTECT AND SERVE, OUR COUNTRY, AND CITIZENS ,ARE BUT SOME, OF THE CORRUPT,GREEDY TRAITORS .ENGAGED IN THE TYRANNY AND TORTURE. Latino Writers Association (and briefly as editor of ChismeArte literary and art magazine) and was the poetry curator for Galeria Ocaso in Echo Park, founded by his mentor and friend Manual “Manazar” Gamboa.
THE REASON BEING THAT IN HIS OLDER YEARS SHLOMO HAD MARRIED MANY WIVES AND HAD MANY CONCUBINES AND IN ORDER TO MEET THEIR SPIRITUAL NEEDS, SHLOMO HAD SET UP GROVES AND ALTERS TO THE FOREIGN ELOHIM OF HIS MULTITUDE OF FOREIGN WIVES, AND ALONG WITH THE UPKEEP OF THE SPLENDOUR OF HIS COURT AND KINGDOM AND HIS GROSS SELF-INDULGENCE THIS COST A LOT OF MONEY AND HARD LABOUR, AND UNFORTUNATELY HIS PEOPLE HAD TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THESE, AND THOSE WHO FELT THE MOST HARD-PRESSED WERE THE NORTHERN TRIBES.A HE HAD STARTED OUT WELL, WITH EARNEST, SINCERE AND DEVOUT HEART TOWARDS YAHWEH, SEEKING DIVINE GUIDANCE, WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING IN ORDER TO RULE HIS PEOPLE ARIGHT.
There isna€™t any information as to the demise of Alexander, but he was well into his 80's at this time. THE PEOPLE, DISCOURAGED BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY BURDENS IMPOSED ON THEM BY HIS FATHER HUMBLY PETITIONED RECHAVAM FOR AN EASING OF THE HEAVY TAXATION AND WORKLOAD. This pup would come to be known as "Jet", a black pup with a faint line of white up his face, a white chest and socks. 5, AND REDEEMS HIS WIFE FROM THESE PAGAN CULTURES, AND AS CHAPTER 6 vs.1-3 DECLARE, IT WILL BEA "AFTER 2 DAYS," IE. IN THE MILLENNIUM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 2 DAYS.A SURELY, WE ARE NOW LIVING IN THIS 3RD. Both theseA lines worked from the head and didn't have the a€?loose eyeda€? working style of the traditional Collies. If you look at the picture of the Basque Sheepherder, taken at the turn of the century, you can see the resemblance of our modern day McNab in the Black and white dog in the back on the right side.
MILLENNIUM DAY, (2001- And Onwards)A YISRAEL, REJECTING THE PROPHETIC PICTURE OF HOSHEA, THEIR FINAL PROPHET, THEN FALL UNDER THE MISHPAT OF YAHUWEH. Among Scottish flocks he is the pride of Scottish owners, and is valued, both in the Old World and the New, as one of the best aids money can procure. Here even, in far California, there is one ranch, lying high on the breezy mountains and low in the grassy dells, that for years has relied upon the help given by imported collies and their offspring, and it is of the work these bright dogs do that this article is written. For the history of the collie one must look elsewhere than in a brief magazine sketch. Many wise dogs have journeyed far by land and sea to race over the rugged hills after the nimble sheep, which in these mountain wilds give fleet defiance to the would-be-gatherer.
No one but a real Scotch shepherd can train these dogs to the perfection they attain among Scottish flocks under constant supervision. Descended from long generations of workers the puppies take actively to business, and practice amusing tactics of herding on the farm poultry while still too young to be initiated into the graver cares of life; and at first sight of a band of sheep will usually make some move that denotes the shepherd strain. Literally is it true of the collie, Ye cannot serve two masters ; his allegiance must be given to but one, or the valuable animal becomes worthless for the work that nature and training have given him to do. The breeze is sweet with bloom, and the sunlight falls, a flood of golden glory, over the lavish green of April meadow, as we take the upward trail, a woodland path that rises steeply under the shadow of the Peak, giving but glimpses of the valley home below, and winding through still shadows in the absolute silence of Natures own domains. CENTURY IS AS UNRELENTING AS EVER AS NOT ONLY THE MOSLEM MIDDLE-EAST DAILY CALL FOR THEIR EXTERMINATION, BUT EVEN EUROPEAN NATIONS, AIDED BY THE UNITED NATIONS, VENT THEIR ANTI-YAHUDAH VENOM AS IF THEY LEARNED NOTHING FROM THE HORRORS OF NAZI GERMANY, AND EVEN T.V. Higher we go, and onward, past an old stone cabin, a picturesque bit of ruin in the lap of spring. As we come out from the woods with the Peak still above us, send a swift glance northward, where Sanhedrim and the northern mountains still are capped in glittering snow, rising sharply from green valleys to the sunny sky, their sparkling peaks the only hint of winter in all this summerland. The school district has moved to a biometric identification program, saying students will no longer have to use an ID card to buy lunch.A  BIOMETRICS TO TRACK YOUR KIDS!!!!!i»?i»?A TARGETED INDIVIDUALS, THE GREEDY CRIMINALS ARE NOW CONDONING THEIR TECH! Off he dashes up the hill, makes a wide circle past a dozen ewes, and as they bolt up hill heads them, turns, and deftly drives them down. Their lambs lie asleep in the warm sun or frolic together on the hillside, bright bits of movement white against the green.
A motion of the hand directs the alert dogs, and they join the two bands and send them steadily along the trail. Two ewes and a lamb go running to the side. Here, Pete! The dog dashes quickly across a little hill, the bright drops sparkling on his black coat as he passes the sheep and turns them. Circling in front again, the dog overtakes, turns them, follows, and turns again, and patiently works them along till his troublesome charges are safely among their fellows. If sent to hurry the little flock, he dashes at the hindmost, barking his orders. Here the master whistles Fred to the right.
IN THE STREETS OF GLASGOW TODAY, UNDOUBTEDLY, THEY TOO WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE SAME TREATMENT AS THE STREET-PREACHER.A A IRONICALLY, SCOTLAND IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW NATIONS UPON EARTH IN WHICH THERE HAS NEVER BEEN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT POGROMS OR PERSECUTIONS MADE AGAINST THE JEWISH PEOPLE.
Nothing is visible to him, but off scurries the obedient dog, barking frantically, circles, and stops. AND THE SCOTTISH PEOPLE ON THE WHOLE HAVE ALWAYS MADE THE JEWISH PEOPLE WELCOME IN THEIR NATION THROUGHOUT THE PAST 2.000 YEARS EVEN THOUGH ENGLAND HER SISTER NATION SEVERELY PERSECUTED AND HELD OFFICIAL POGROMS AGAINST YAHWEH`S CHOSEN RACE, INSOMUCH THAT THOUSANDS OF JEWS WERE DRIVEN OUT OF ENGLAND WHEN THE ROMISH RELIGION HELD SWAY DURING THE REIGN OF KING EDWARD 1st IN 1290. IT SEEMS, BY THE UNFOLDING OF THIS BEAUTIFUL STORY, THAT THIS DEEP FRIENDSHIP HAS BEEN CULTIVATED AND NOURISHED ON BOTH SIDES OVER MANY LONG YEARS, AS AVRAM, THE CHILDLESS MAN IN THE STORY, REVEALS BY HIS WORDS OF APPARENT FAMILIARITY, A DEEP BOND OF CLOSENESS WITH HIS ELOHIM. Off he dashes, perhaps fifty feet or so ahead, and dropping to the ground with nose between his paws, he waits till the flock is close upon him ; then he springs up and trots ahead again, and once more quietly waits their coming.Fred! THUS WE SEE THAT YAHUWEH IS PROMISING TO AVRAHAM THAT A MULTITUDE OF GENTILE NATIONS WOULD OWN AVRAHAM AS THEIR FATHER. The master walks away, and Fred, understanding perfectly that he must keep the flock, swiftly circles round them and brings them to a halt. Here, alone, he holds them, keeping them closely together while Peter and the master gather the other side of the hill, and return two hours later to find the sheep quietly grazing and Fred lying as quietly watching them. Two ewes wander a little too far. Scarcely rising to his feet, the dog slips quietly through the grass beside them, and they turn and slowly rejoin the band, cropping as they go. Fred trots quietly around his charges, sees that all are safe, then drops down again, watching them ceaselessly with shining eyes, and not a ewe or lamb is missing when the returning master adds his flock.Steadily we climb, through the golden afternoon.
Occasionally shy deer peer through the brush, the warm air is sweet with the breath of bloom, and a distant eagle screams as he sweeps in stately circles over the Peak. The flocks number in the hundreds as we finally reach the summit, where we are met by the shepherd and Tweed, with another band. In go the dogs, and send the sheep briskly down the trail, while Peter, circling far behind of his own accord, often brings in a stray ewe that has slyly dropped out.Yonder is a place where the whole band broke away years ago, and never have forgotten it, but neither have the dogs. With a fierce challenge the collies vigorously meet the flying band, and force them back to the trail more roughly than we have seen them do yet, in punishment, perhaps, for their presumption and past sins. She has bolted away several times, and given Peter much trouble to bring her in ; but his Scotch is up, as she dashes away again. NOT ENTIRELY, FOR GRAIN OFFERINGS WERE AN ACCEPTABLE SACRIFICE AS WELL AS THE BECHEROT OF THE FLOCK.. He springs in before her, and with a dexterous hoist of his body sends her tumbling end over end, which is his own cure for these troublesome bolters, and was never known to fail.
As if shot from a cannon, the ewe bangs against him, and over goes Tweed, howling rolling over and over, down the steep hillside, all four feet kicking at once, in angry protest as they come uppermost ; and his chap-fallen expression, as he struggles to his feet and slinks away, shows that Tweed is both a sadder and a wiser dog. Though all are trained alike in a general way, two collies differ as widely in characteristic methods of work as two men, each possessing a distinct individuality of his own.Ah!
THUS, WHETHER WE BRING A GRAIN OR BURNT (FLESH) OFFERING TO YAHWEH THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE OFFERING IS THE ATTITUDE OF A LOVING, WILLING, GENEROUS AND CHEERFUL HEART.A YAHUSHUA WAS BOTH OUR GRAIN AND BURNED OFFERING POURED OUT FOR US AND HIS ATTITUDE WAS ALWAYS THAT OF A FULLY SUBMISSIVE, LOVING AND GIVING SPIRIT. After much hard running the flock is finally under control, but a bunch of lambs has become separated in the confusion, and after circling helplessly, stampedes in wild disorder.
Peter tries his wise best to work the foolish little things back, vainly attempting to head them off.but they jump over him, halfa-dozen in succession, ears and tails flapping wildly as they clear his broad back.

While the master separates the sheep, let us sit on this sunny hillside and watch the collies as they circle round the running lambs. They never bark at them as they would at old sheep, but merely follow and slowly check them by degrees. DAY AND THEREBY BROUGHT INTO THE COVENANT, YAHWEH RECOGNISED HIMSELF AS BEING YAH`SAC`S ELOHIM, IE.
The little things are both obstinate and foolish, and at first pay no attention to the quiet collies that trot patiently round and round, quietly gather them together, and at last stop their wilr1 run.
Slowly, and with marvelous patience they are turned, jumping over each other, then over the dogs, and it seems a hopeless task even to attempt to take them the half-mile to the corral, but in a couple of hours time Fred and Peter come slowly up to the gate with them, not a lamb hurt or missing, and their first acquaintance made with these gentle protectors and friends. Peter is a favorite, bright even beyond the ordinary collie, his first appearance in the field showing a canine reason.
Then he suddenly spied a huge rock; straight for it he went, and springing into sight upon its top, he stood a moment, one paw uplifted, ears up and nose a-quiver, a pretty picture, gave two quick glances, and was down and with the sheep again, and quietly drove them straight across the field to the hidden gate. Often, till he learned the hills, did he leave the sheep,, and on some high point literally take his bearings, to return to his charge and take them down the better way, justifying his masters assertion that surely the line between reason and instinct is closely drawn in the Scotch collie. ABSOLUTELY NONE.A WHAT OTHER ANCIENT LANGUAGE APART FROM HEBREW HAS COME TO LIFE AFTER SUCH A LONG DEATH .AND NOW UNIVERSALLY SPOKEN IN THE NATION OF YISRAEL AND AMONGST MANY IN THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD?
He was a ready match for a certain obstinate old ram, that always fought the dogs and delayed their work ; till at last when sent for the flock Peter went first for this old enemy, and there, nose to nose, both heads bobbing excitedly, he would angrily bark and growl, till the conquered ram at last would make a sudden bolt, and the victorious Peter calmly gather in the flock. A most conscientious dog, his work was done faithfully and well till years disabled him; but Fred, more alert to praise, did best were strangers present, when he abounded in bright ways and brilliant work, done with a comically conscious air of superior excellence.
The young man pondered a little, then to the country saddler he went and ordered made from his description little leather shoes.
He took to them kindly, like the wise dog he was, wore them gratefully, and after a long days run through flying seed, off would come the shoes, leaving his feet sound and well. Meekly he would let his shoes be donned, regarding his master quizzically the while, and wear them complacently enough in view, but let him be sent for sheep a little out of sight, a little delay would be noticed, then out from behind some bushy clump or sheltering rock Fred would gayly emerge, with many gambols to divert the eye. Clyde closely resembles Fred, whose days are past; and till the present puppy, tiny Tweed, grows to working age, Clyde is the mainstay of the gathering. Help fulfills his name on other portions of the large range ; but either are true types of the working collie, willing and faithful helpers till years disable them. HER NAME IS CHANGED TO `SARAH` MEANING QUEEN AND IS AN APT NAME FOR A MOTHER WHOSE DESCENDANTS WOULD BE KINGS AND PRINCES AND THE NAME-CHANGE NEEDED TO BE MADE TO REFLECT HER NEW STATUS AND RELATIONSHIP IN THE COVENANT., IE. Either one is sent for sheep entirely out of sight in a large field, and patiently hunts till he finds them, then brings them in alone ; and Gyps mother, Bessie, brings in the entire flock from her owners small range just as readily as from the field. They brought with them their stock dogs, the Fox Shepard, the origin not known, but have survived in Scotland for centuries.
McNab returned to the Grampian Hills in Scotland for the sole purpose of getting some of the dogs he was used to working. He brought Peter back with him, leaving Fred to have his training completed, and he was later sent to America.
These two dogs were bred to select Shepard females of the Spanish origin, which were brought to this country by the Basque sheepherders, and that cross was called the McNab Shepherds because Mr.
He named this pup Jet he was black with a faint white line up his face, a white chest and a small amount of white on his feet. AND EPHRAIM YISRAEL KNOWS THAT HE COULD NOT, WOULD NOT KEEP THE KADOSH THINGS AND SO BECAME CAST OUT AND THUS HATED YAHUDAH??? Some of these dogs will have a wider strip up the face (Bentley Stripe) and a ring around the neck, there are also instances of pups with brown on their face and legs but will still be mostly black.
AND YET IT IS MOST IRONIC AND MARVELLOUS IN OUR EYES, THAT THOSE TEN TRIBES OF ANCIENT YISRAEL WHO REJECTED ALL THE THINGS OF YAHUWEH, AND ALL THE KADOSH THINGS THAT YAHUDAH AND AVRAHAM HELD DEAR, AND WHO THEN BECOME LE-GOYIM, GENTILE NATIONS POPULATING THE WHOLE EARTH WITH THE VERY BLOOD OF AVRAHAM, WERE THE VERY ONES WHO IN THEIR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OVER THE LAST 2.000 YEARS HAVE BOWED THE KNEE TO YAHUSHUA HAMOSHIACH OF THE TRIBE OF YAHUDAH.
Alexander McNab and his family raised sheep in Scotland, but longed for a warmer climate and enticed by the news of the West, set out across the Atlantic to America. Paul Weindling, history of medicine professor at Oxford Brookes University, describes his search for the lost victims of Nazi experiments.
McNab was not satisfied with the type of working dogs he found locally, and in 1885 he returned to Scotland for the sole purpose of importing the type of dog(s) he had been accustomed to working with. The chairman of the board at ESL a€” then proprietor of the desert wasteland in Nevada known as a€?Area 51a€? a€” was William Perry, who would be appointed secretary of defense several years later. It was said that these two male dogs were bred to female dogs of Spanish origin, which were brought to this country by the Basque sheep herders.

I have searched (and continue to search) to find out the type of dog the Basque may have brought with them to California, and my findings were contradicting.
Henning Witte, and Melanie Vritschan, three experts from the European Coalition Against Covert Harassment, revealed recent technological advances in human robotization and nano implant technologies, and an acceleration of what Melanie Vritschan characterized as a a€?global enslavement programa€?.Shift from electromagnetic to scalar wavesThese technologies have now shifted from electromagnetic wave to scalar waves and use super quantum computers in the quantum cloud to control a€?pipesa€? a reference to the brains of humans that have been taken over via DNA, via implants that can be breathed can breach the blood-brain barrier and then controlled via scalar waved on a super-grid.
A Basque researcher informed me that most Basques did not come to this country with native dogs, but used working dogs that were available to them in their area. Eventually, such 'subvocal speech' systems could be used in spacesuits, in noisy places like airport towers to capture air-traffic controller commands, or even in traditional voice-recognition programs to increase accuracy, according to NASA scientists."What is analyzed is silent, or sub auditory, speech, such as when a person silently reads or talks to himself," said Chuck Jorgensen, a scientist whose team is developing silent, subvocal speech recognition at NASA Ames Research Center in California's Silicon Valley. We numbered the columns and rows, and we could identify each letter with a pair of single-digit numbers," Jorgensen said. People in noisy conditions could use the system when privacy is needed, such as during telephone conversations on buses or trains, according to scientists."An expanded muscle-control system could help injured astronauts control machines. If an astronaut is suffering from muscle weakness due to a long stint in microgravity, the astronaut could send signals to software that would assist with landings on Mars or the Earth, for example," Jorgensen explained. These are processed to remove noise, and then we process them to see useful parts of the signals to show one word from another," Jorgensen said. After the signals are amplified, computer software 'reads' the signals to recognize each word and sound. Our Research and Development Division has been in contact with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the California Department of Corrections, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Massachusetts Department of Correction to run limited trials of the 2020 neural chip implant. We have established representatives of our interests in both management and institutional level positions within these departments. Federal regulations do not yet permit testing of implants on prisoners, but we have entered nto contractual agreements with privatized health care professionals and specified correctional personnel to do limited testing of our products.
We need, however, to expand our testing to research how effective the 2020 neural chip implant performs in those identified as the most aggressive in our society. In California, several prisoners were identified as members of the security threat group, EME, or Mexican Mafia. They were brought to the health services unit at Pelican Bay and tranquilized with advanced sedatives developed by our Cambridge,Massachussetts laboratories. The results of implants on 8 prisoners yielded the following results: a€?Implants served as surveillance monitoring device for threat group activity.
However, during that period substantial data was gathered by our research and development team which suggests that the implants exceed expected results. One of the major concerns of Security and the R & D team was that the test subject would discover the chemial imbalance during the initial adjustment period and the test would have to be scurbbed. However, due to advanced technological developments in the sedatives administered, the 48 hour adjustment period can be attributed t prescription medication given to the test subjects after the implant procedure. One of the concerns raised by R & D was the cause of the bleeding and how to eliminate that problem. Unexplained bleeding might cause the subject to inquire further about his "routine" visit to the infirmary or health care facility. Security officials now know several strategies employed by the EME that facilitate the transmission of illegal drugs and weapons into their correctional facilities. One intelligence officier remarked that while they cannot use the informaiton that have in a court of law that they now know who to watch and what outside "connections" they have.
The prison at Soledad is now considering transferring three subjects to Vacaville wher we have ongoing implant reserach. Our technicians have promised that they can do three 2020 neural chip implants in less than an hour. Soledad officials hope to collect information from the trio to bring a 14 month investigation into drug trafficking by correctional officers to a close. Essentially, the implants make the unsuspecting prisoner a walking-talking recorder of every event he comes into contact with. There are only five intelligence officers and the Commisoner of Corrections who actually know the full scope of the implant testing. In Massachusetts, the Department of Corrections has already entered into high level discussion about releasing certain offenders to the community with the 2020 neural chip implants. Our people are not altogether against the idea, however, attorneys for Intelli-Connection have advised against implant technology outside strick control settings. While we have a strong lobby in the Congress and various state legislatures favoring our product, we must proceed with the utmost caution on uncontrolled use of the 2020 neural chip. If the chip were discovered in use not authorized by law and the procedure traced to us we could not endure for long the resulting publicity and liability payments.
Massachusetts officials have developed an intelligence branch from their Fugitive Task Force Squad that would do limited test runs under tight controls with the pre-release subjects. Correctons officials have dubbed these poetnetial test subjects "the insurance group." (the name derives from the concept that the 2020 implant insures compliance with the law and allows officials to detect misconduct or violations without question) A retired police detective from Charlestown, Massachusetts, now with the intelligence unit has asked us to consider using the 2020 neural chip on hard core felons suspected of bank and armored car robbery. He stated, "Charlestown would never be the same, we'd finally know what was happening before they knew what was happening." We will continue to explore community uses of the 2020 chip, but our company rep will be attached to all law enforcement operations with an extraction crrew that can be on-site in 2 hours from anywhere at anytime.
We have an Intelli-Connection discussion group who is meeting with the Director of Security at Florence, Colorado's federal super maximum security unit. The initial discussions with the Director have been promising and we hope to have an R & D unit at this important facilitly within the next six months.
Napolitano insisted that the department was not planning on engaging in any form of ideological profiling. I will tell him face-to-face that we honor veterans at DHS and employ thousands across the department, up to and including the Deputy Secretary," Ms.
Steve Buyer of Indiana, the ranking Republican on the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, called it "inconceivable" that the Obama administration would categorize veterans as a potential threat.
