You'll also find the prices are very reasonable and it's a great destination for lunch or dinner. This is a little out of the way for most visitors to Edinburgh but it is well worth making a trip for, just make sure you book in advance. As you might expect, this is an expensive night out but lunches give you a taste of what it is all about on a lower budget. As they grow many of their own herbs, fruits and vegetables the food is wonderfully fresh and bursting with flavor. You'll find it around halfway down Leith Walk and you should always stop in for a drink or a snack. Just to remind you that you're in Scotland you'll find real ales and standard beer choices on the menu too.
Delicious way to experience a taste of Paris while enjoying some of Scotland's best produce. This is a very popular restaurant with locals and so it is best to book in advance although they will always try to accommodate you. If you can get a seat you'll find it's incredibly comfy and you might end up staying longer than you had intended.
