I've taken all the songs from the Voice of an Angle EP plus 6 from Songs for Modern Loving, and turned them into a songbook!
Called Etude, the app displays digitized sheet music and teaches you to play piano songs with an on-screen keyboard. On its main screen, Etude, developed by independent iPhone programmer Dan Grover, uses the familiar Delicious Library metaphor of a book shelf from which you choose your score. The neatest part to me is an animated keyboard at bottom, which lights up the position of the keys for each note of the song. The app includes some classics such as Green Sleeves and Moonlight Sonata, but you can also download additional titles through an in-app store. Hey Jude Piano Sheet I provide here under (And I'll keep you update with all the new free piano lessons we add).
This is the " Secrets of Exciting Chords & Chord Progressions!" newsletter that you (or someone using your E-mail address) signed up for when you visited our site. In case you just discovered this page accidentally and like what you see, sign up for our free newsletter below. I provide here under (And I'll keep you updated with all the new free piano lessons we add). Click here for a printable piano tab that help you practice the song the way we've played in this piano tutorial.. It has all the words, chords and tips you need to play them on ukulele, guitar, piano, musical saw or indeed any instrument of your choice.

Currently most of the songs available are public domain, but Grover and his partners hope to finish negotiations with sheet-music publishers to offer more contemporary music such as pop songs and film soundtracks.
Just imagine your iPad potentially replacing big stacks of sheet music cluttering up your piano area. If you no longer want to receive these free weekly E-mail piano lessons, toggle down to the bottom of this E-mail and you'll see where you can take yourself off the list. I hope you are enjoying learning about all the chords in the world -- and we're going to cover them ALL before we're done -- you'll know more about chords than 99% of the people in the world -- believe it or not, it's true. They are 4-note chords -- the root, 3rd, 5th -- just like a major chord, but you also add the 6th degree of the scale to the major triad. In other words, when we move from the C chord to the F chord, we often use C7 between the two as a "connector". Then go through all the 12 minor chords, inverting each one up and down the keyboard -- hands alone, then hands together. They are shown in root position above, but you know that you can turn them upside down 'till the cows come home -- invert them -- so go to it! You ought to -- I know we're going slowly, but chords are SO important that you absolutely MUST master them if you are ever going to play the piano like you hope to! She's got so many terrific piano songs that I can't help but keeping creating tutorial for you guys. Hit the play button and the app plays back the music while scrolling to the right to display the score as the song progresses.

Grover told me that an Etude iPad app is in the works and will be ready soon after the iPad launches in April.

The 6th is ALWAYS one whole step above the 5th -- never a half step --  so they are real easy to find. Actually, there are two types of 7th chords -- a 7th, which we're considering today, and a major 7th, which we will take up next time. Then go through all 12 diminished chords, inverting each one up and down the keyboard -- each hand alone, then together.

Just knowing that gives you a tiny idea of how much you can gain from knowing chord progressions, which we will take up as soon as we get through learning all the chords.
