Thank you for choosing Auburn Hills
Animal Hospital . Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive
veterinary care available for your pet or horse. An important part of the
mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our
clients as possible by offering several payment options. Auburn Hills Animal
Hospital requires payment in full at the end of your pet or horse's examination
and/or at the time of the discharge.

- Convenient Monthly Payment Plans¹ from CareCredit®

Allow you to begin treatment today and pay over time

Deposit & Billing:
For some treatments or hospitalized
care, a deposit may be required. For healthcare plans requiring comprehensive
care of more than $500, will require a 25% deposit to begin your pet or horse's
treatment. We may offer in-house payment options on a case-by-case basis. We
charge interest 1.5% APR on all outstanding account balances older than 30
days. If you have an account 90 days past due, Auburn Hills Animal Hospital may
relinquish your balance owed to a collection agency. A fee of $20.00 will be
added to your account at this time.
Additional Policy Information:
Auburn Hills Animal Hospital charges
$30 for returned checks. For clients with pet or horse insurance, we are happy
to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your
insurance carrier.
