Updating of Cumulative Program Record Forms

Whereas SCSU exists for the primary purpose of furthering academic excellence;

and whereas all administrative decisions should be driven first and foremost by the goal of academic excellence;

and whereas academic excellence is supported by effective and efficient administrative action in routine matters,

and whereas students need to have confidence that their achievements are justly reflected in their academic records as kept by the university,

and whereas students must be informed of their academic standing, based on accurate statements of requirements filled or not filled,

Be it resolved that:

all program changes approved by the UCF and Academic Vice President and forwarded to the appropriate administrative officers should, within 10 business days, be updated on Cumulative Program Record forms.

Be it further resolved that:

These changes shall be reflected in notification to students as needed.
