I’m not sure I’m ready for another year to pass, but I do look forward to new and exciting things…so without further ado, here it is. I need to work on branching out and adding in some new recipes for the new year, so if you all have any yummy, easy weekday dinner recipes I’d love to have you share them below! Lord, please guide my hands, heart, mouth, and feet on the path you want as this year ends and the new one begins. One of our favorite quick meals is cheese quasadillas with a side of salsa and sour cream and rice. First I want to say that I have just decided to homeshool and your site is an inspiration for me.

Boil the potatoes, onion, and carrots for 6-8 minutes, until they are just starting to get soft (don’t overcook the potatoes!) Add corn, broccoli, Cheez Whiz, and salsa. 1 large jar of PICANTE Sauce (NOT Salsa!) sometimes I use more than one jar because we like it saucy. I’ve cut the chicken amount in half and it still taste great, you just have more sauce. You are welcome to post about this blog with links back to it, please take a moment to leave a comment and link back to where you did so, I'd love to see your blog or website!

Working from her home office in Finger Lakes Region of NY, Elaine, a wine lover, also enjoys the beauty of living in wine country! There is no obligation to purchase, but if you do, you are helping to support the free resources, meal plans and recipes here at The Nourishing Home. My heart in creating this blog is to help you by sharing helpful meal planning strategies and nourishing GF recipes that are healthy, easy and delicious with thanksgiving to God! You are welcome to share a photo via social media, as long as it contains a link back to the corresponding recipe from this site. I’ve looked all over, and apparently I’ve been so busy with school, blogging, and other random activities that I seemed to have missed it! I have thought many times about doing a monthly menu, and don’t know that my husband would necessarily want every meal mapped out at the beginning of the month ( he sometimes tends to change his mind about what sounds good when I have a strict menu for every day!) but I may start pre-planning the months meal themselves, so atleast I know what I want to make all month long, without assigning them to an actual day, that was there is a little bit of organization there! Our family has been greatly blessed by this blog and I pray that God uses it to bless your family as well.
It is something we have always enjoyed doing together, and while he is not always open to trying healthy foods, he has a terrific sense of flavors and how they should work together to taste delicious!

Our site will offer you healthy meals and recipes that kids like, and that they will like to help prepare. Gmail users also check your “Promotions” tab and search for “100 Days” under “All Mail” if you can’t find it. Its also fun to set up a bar with stuff you can cook inside them or top them with and let the kids make their own (you cook it of course) and serve chips with cheese dip and salsa!

She brings her background as a sociologist, advocate, and educator, to her work and her writing, which has been featured on BlogHer and The SITS Girls. On The Laine List she spills her guts about life, motherhood, and balancing work and family. Additionally, please refrain from adapting recipes without properly linking back to the original recipe, and keep in mind that simple substitutions do not constitute an adapted or original recipe.
That would really cut down on the time I spend menu planning and grocery shopping each week. Simmer and continue to stir, sauce will thicken, and chicken is tender, about 20 more minutes. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
We are going to migrate this over to the new blog in the next couple of weeks, but for now it will live here. I usually buy ground beef in bulk, brown it right away and freeze it in meal-sized portions. Next you add a jar of spaghetti sauce and some tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or another similar dressing.
