You can exercise till the cows come home but if you are still eating too much YOU WILL NOT LOSE A POUND. I would really like to loose it as quick as possible so I can go into the next step of my infertility treatments any suggestions? In general tho, this is has been a posative experience as I have lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks time. It’s not to be a way of life to take the phentermine but the weight loss gives you motivation to continue.

I have been eating healthier and smaller portions but still allow myself to have what I want from time to time. I know that my biggest thing is that I eat our of bordem and I don’t get much exercise. Overall I am feeling much better about myself as I finally feel like I am actaully doing something about my weight and I am somewhat in control.
I also eat a small meal every 3-4 hrs and get your body moving for at least 30 minutes per day. It’s helped take away a lot of cravings (I have a big problem with eating infront of the tv epecially in the evening) and I seem to be eating less overall.
I am starting Phentramin D tomorrow and I really hope this new will power along with these other new changes will get me well on my way.
Be careful coming off it to not start eating again like you used to or you will gain back every single pound and then some. I count them with my fitness pal and you can just scan your foods you eat.It gets addicting!I also up my calories by 200-300 calories on the weekends and dont take the pill on these days!
And it doesnt really matter what(well it does, more whole foods like veggies and chiken,yogurt.oatmeal etc.You have to eat to lose! If you only eat under the 1200 calories your body will go into starvation mode and the next time you eat anything bad, you will gain weight!! Out to eat alternatives is at arbys the junior roast beef sandwhich has 210 calories with the bun!And i usually eat 2 per meal and thats it. At taco johns, I eat 2 chicken softshell tacos with sourcream and it comes to be about 200 calories each!
I USUALLY eat breakfast,lunch,dinner and about a 200 calorie snack at night(usaully choclate fudge cake and ice cream!
