Instead of starting out diets with feelings of negativity and hatred for our body we need to make healthy lifestyle changes that are fueled by positive motivation. So next time you start making healthy alterations in your life, instead of doing it to change your “ugly body” that you hate so much, do it because you love yourself and your body and you want to live the healthiest and happiest life that you can!
This article brought me back to the basic mind set, “Have a Positive Attitude” and I gratefully thank you for that! When I first started my quest 4 years ago, I weighted 331 #’s and lost 131 #’s over 2 ? year period and since then I gained 50 #’s back, struggling to get it off for all the wrong reasons. So the feedback I’ve been getting about these weight loss motivation printables is good.
When our weight loss motivation is positive we feel love for our bodies and when we feel love for our bodies we increase our healthy decisions because we want the best for ourselves. You have to take it a step at a time instead of looking at the whole journey because sometimes that can get a little overwhelming and it is important to stay positive. I have found its important to reevaluate every couple of weeks and see how my progress is going.
You tell yourself you are starting a diet tomorrow and that you are not going to eat anything that will mess the diet up.
But then, two weeks into the diet you find yourself slipping up and eating those foods that you swore off. We have more energy, more confidence, and more motivation to continue making healthy choices. I ask myself if I really need those cookies and remind myself that I don’t need the junk food more than I want to be in a size 7.


You are only going to eat lean meat, fruits, and vegetables until you can get your weight down and finally love the body that you see in the mirror. Then you get mad at yourself and just give up altogether only to start the same thing over again a month or two later.
When you continue making healthy choices you will get the results that you have always wanted. Its all a mind game, once you take a few minutes to think about things before you eat them, you will realize that you really don’t need to eat the garbage.
