K, now that that’s out of the way, I just want to say that losing weight is tough!  It takes time, consistency and patience!  A lot of people get frustrated with weight loss because it is so slow!  AND, it should be slow!  Slow, sustained weight loss=long-term results!  That’s why it is so important to make healthy living and healthy eating a normal part of daily life! If you are trying to build muscle, I would recommend cutting some of the bread items and adding more protein items like nuts, protein shakes, chicken, beans, quinoa, etc. If you want to lose weight a little quicker, you can have just one snack a day, instead of two.
