In PHASE 7 you do 2 workouts that are done at different times during the day just like in PHASE 5 but in PHASE 7 both activities have to be done at a moderate or high intensity only just like in PHASE 6.
GarryHey Adrian, I was reading about you and how you've helped so many people and that really inspired me.
JulianHello I'm at 28 year old male who is 5'9 and 235 pounds I want to lose body fat but gain muscle what do u suggestion?
I have wobbly thighs, back fat and I performed a self check and I noticed I have a seperation of my abdominal muscles called Diastasis recti and I read that most ab exercises can worsen the condition making it difficult to lose the mommy pooch. Could you recommend exercises that would slim and tone my body especially my large thighs including my lower tummy? Just Dance 2 – I bought this recently in the hopes that it will allow me to get more comfortable with just normal types of dancing, as opposed to the formal ballroom dance lessons we’re taking. Insanity – This is an amazing cardio workout that I did during the month of March,  but I find it kind of monotonous.
Other Jillian Michaels DVDs, including Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones, both of which are GREAT workouts. Body Part Focus Exercises – Not sure how to categorize this, but I have a few DVDs that are just 10 minutes each and focus on Abs, Arms, Legs, etc. Physique 57 – This is the workout that a lot of celebrities supposedly do (Kelly Ripa is a big proponent of this workout).
I thought I could do this!  I need a good ass kicking!  (Or at least to analyze some things in a blog post).  Maybe you all could give me a good ass kicking in the comments? I’ve been trying to explore why weight loss worked for me back then, but why it’s not working now. So, the fact that I continue to have junk in the house, go out to eat, and don’t work out regularly, shouldn’t affect my weight loss given my past experience. There are a few other things that come to mind (mindless snacking, etc.), but that’s enough for one post.

I worked out 13 days in January, burning at least 5,555 calories (I forgot to wear my Heart Rate Monitor a few times).
On a high note, I got right back on track with portion control and cutting out junk and soda. As I mentioned in my DIY Wedding Weight Loss post I lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers back in 2004. So, I’ll update all my old recipes for new points values, and get right back on track by not going over my points. I weighed in this morning, and I will consider that my “starting weight” for my wedding weight loss efforts.
I’ve created an ideal workout schedule for myself to help me look good in a wedding dress in 1+ year (depending on the date we book for our wedding, hopefully next November or so). So, as part of my DIY get-in-shape plan for my date-TBD wedding, I have set a goal to lose nearly 60 pounds. So here’s the deal, I have already done most of these workouts, with the exception of Insanity and the Yoga DVDs, so I know what I’m in for. I’ll be back each Wednesday to update you on my workouts, including weight lost, calories burned, and challenges and successes! I want everything to be perfect nice tummy, toned thighs, perky butt basically I want to look perfect swimwear ready. I'm taking meds to help me keep my blood sugar down, but it can be hard when you start changing your diet to incorporate weight loss.
I've lost 30 pounds in a month before, when I was hitting the gym for 2 hours every day but due to my work schedule, that's not possible. I need to lose 40 lbs in 19 days I'm going home for the holidays on vacation and it's been over 7 year's since I've been home for the holidays and I gained 45 lbs since then.
I know that this is probably not what nutritionists or doctors or other experts will tell people, but, like I mentioned above, if I went somewhere and there were no healthy options, then I wouldn’t eat.

I think the new system will take some getting used to, but I’m confident that I can lose weight following the program.
I will be going to the gym 4-5 days a week and need a diet to sustain working out and diabetes friendly. It was in the news on Monday that WeightWatchers unveiled their PointsPlus system, a new update to their tried-and-true points system.
I'm looking for an easy workout I can do at home, because I don't have a car, and maybe an easy diet that will assist me.
I was thinking about the Intermittent Fasting but I usually need calories during mornings for school.
I’m not sure how I feel about the change, since it doesn’t take into account calories, but instead macronutrients. But I’m signing up for one of my favorite blogger’s December fitness challenge to keep me motivated.
I have a passion for real food, organics, GMO labeling, Young Living essential oils & green living. It really depends upon how long it takes you, your intensity and your current weight and such. There are apps that will tell you how many calories you burned based upon the type of workout and your weight and such. We eat fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, dairy, meat, and even indulge in the occasional ice cream (We buy Edy’s natural with nothing artificial in it).Let me know if you have any other questions!
Sure it’s nice, but depending upon the age of the kids, they can watch or even try and do it with her.
