I love running, but I also LOVE eating and unfortunately I eat more than I run (and that’s a lot!). So instead of dieting I use Intuitive Eating to lose weight, keep it off and not drive myself crazy in the process. I suggest eating a balanced diet, snack on fruits instead of junk, reduce your sugar intake, eat less fried foods, increase your fibre intake, drink sufficient fluids and exercise (even a little walking will help).
I have been eating a lot of junk food recently over the last year and have been surprised by how large my food bill has been.
