Kontrolirani post znaci da tokom dana mozete nista ne jesti ili uzimati jako male kolicine hrane dok navecer imate prvi i zadnji veliki obrok u danu.

Ono kaj me interesira je kak utrpat toliki broj kalorija u samo jedan obrok ukoliko zaista minimalno jedem tokom dana?Ako pak ne jedem minimalno tokom dana, neg cijeli dan po malo do obilne "vecere" onda je to gotovo nikakva razlika u odnosu na "standardnu" prehranu. To je dobro pitanje, iako gledao sam sports nutrition konferencije gdje ima znanstvenih dokaza i istrazivanja da postoji limit okvirno negdje tu, on nije 30g, ali nije daleko od toga, no ipak po meni znanost puno toga jos ne zna, tako da je to sve upitno.
Nisam siguran dal sam dobro skuzio kaj si mislio, al kolko sam ja shvatio kao moze tokom dana manji obroci koji su uglavnom proteinski uz nesto malo masti ili zelenog povrca koje je "neutralno" , dok izbjegavati UH , a navecer jesti slozene UH, masti i P u normalnom velikom obroku, iako sad i taj veliki obrok mi je sumniv posto ima limit dok ne ozednis i to jos je preporuka da se krene s laganim, juha i salata , tak da te i to zastopa za neki ubitacan obrok, koji bi dopunio odtale kcal. Ne podrzavam ovaj nacin dijete, ali svakako se slazem da bi ljudi trebali jesti kad su gladni, a ne svaka 3 h.
Nemam saznanja o rezultatima znanstvenih istrazivanja, ali mislim da smo se manje vise svi do sad slozili da ona nisu toliko pouzdana. Ono sto mogu potvrditi i sto za mene ima najvecu vrijednost jest osobno iskustvo i rezultati koje sam vidio na drugim ljudima koje dobro poznajem. Jesu istrazivanja su cesto limitirana, no kaj se tice sportske prehrane u smislu poboljsanja performansi i oporavka tu su rezultati jasni i nedvojbeni, te ne mogu funkcionirati drugacije.
Poanta moga rada je da slobodno mogu funkcionirati sa jednim kvalitetnim obrokom tokom cijelog dana i to nakon sto se desio smak svijeta.
Skuzio sam ja to Amiketa kaj si citirao i procitao, ali te male kolicine hrane koje navodis tokom dana su zanemarive kalorijski i nedovoljne u svrhe na koje sam postavio pitanje,zato se niti ne obazirem na to jer to nije odgovor na moje pitanje. Ne trazim ja da me uvjerava netko u nesto, krivo si shvatio, niti napadam ili omalovazavam taj nacin prehrane, samo komentiram da ipak nije primjeren i ima velika ogranicenja kod odredene populacije, koja i nije tako mala i unatoc tvrdnjama da ne moze biti primjenjem na aktivne ljude kojima su perfomanse u prvom planu.
Osim komentiranja , pitao sam i par pitanja u zelji da saznam nesto od nekoga tko to prakticira sam i sa ljudima iz prve ruke , no sve sto sam dobio umjesto jasnog odgovora je bez uvrede, filozofija i okretanje ploce, tj neki obrambeni stav bez razloga. Uglavnom jedete dok ne ozednite i to krenuvsi od laganije hrane prema tezoj (kako po okusima tako i prema vremenu razgradnje). Pod veci obrok mislim onaj zbog kojeg morate sjesti za stol i jesti a prije toga ga pripremiti. Sportasi definitivno ovako ne mogu jesti posto su im Uh potrebe velike i konstantne radi popune glikogena i oporavka, ovakva prehrana bi bio pad bar od 20-30 % u performansama.

NITI smo svi isti, NITI je za sve ljude najpogodniji i najzdraviji isti nacin zivota, prehrane, itd, pa molim pocetnike i manje zdrave, neupucene, da se konzultiraju sa nekim i razmisle prije primjene bilo kakvih opcenitih savjeta. Mislim ovo vazi samo za one koji zele izgubiti masi, ako imate ikakve tendencije prema misicno masi ovo zaboravite. Obavezno u svaki obrok ukljucite jednu od ovih namirnica (rotirajte ih ili ih svakodnevno jedite na bilo koji nacin ali je najbolje da je cim manje obradeno): luk,cesnjak,ruzmarin,kelj (i pupcar),kupus,brokula,cvjetaca,leca (zelen,crvena), grah, mahune.
Ili recimo situacija da treniram ujutro kao sto treniram i da tek jedem posteno navecer mi ne zvuci kao dobra ideja, sto fizioloski i pozitivne adaptacije tijela na trening, no i gladan sam iduca 3-4h poslje treninga nenormalno i tijelo samo trazi hranu.


Ipak s obzirom da teorija warrior, paleo i sl prehrana je da su tako kao jeli ljudi od davnina i da je to kao u genetskom kodu (iako to je sve teoretiziranje) , treba imati na umu da je cilj tog covjeka bio samo prezivjeti, a ne izgraditi micisnu masu , poboljsati motoricke sposobnosti itd, tako da ta teorija odmah govori da svima onima kojima je cilj gore navedeno ova prehrana nije namjenjena.
Moze li se u jednom obroku pojesti dovoljno da se zadovolji tako veliki kalorijski deficit?
To si ipak do detalja prouceni znanstveni radovi i testiranja na sportasima sve u svrhu poboljsanja performansi. Sa zdravstvenog stajalista o tome necu govoriti jer nemam saznanja o dugorocnim dobrobitima navedene prehrane, te nisam cito nikakve znanstvene radove koji to mogu potvrditi usporedujuci vise tipova prehrane. Isto tako uz iskusnog trenera i personalizirani program vjezbanja, jedan ektomorf ce vjerojatno i ovako dobiti na misicnoj masi, drugi nece, a ovaj nacin prehrane ocito nije najpogodniji za "meatheade", hardgainere i one kojima je bitan svaki gram hipertrofije, pa i samo ime govori da je ovo "warrior" nacin a ne bodybuilding, te je pogodniji za funkcionalnu hipertrofiju u nekoj mjeri.
