Paleo doesn’t have to be hard and the meals don’t have to be boring.  Start by making one meal a day paleo, try some new paleo recipes, and you will be on your way to feeling better and to living a healthy, processed food free life! I’ve included all of the healthy available meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and oils that are all allowed on the Paleo diet, even when they’re in season! Referring to this list as you begin your journey on the Paleo diet will help to ensure your success.
