Motivational videos to lose weight healthy, weight loss plan with food 2014,7 day diet meals - Good Point

I’ll start with diet because this is commonly known to have a far greater impact on your body shape than fitness alone. However, while I lost the baby weight by Reuben’s 1st Birthday this way and with juicing, I tend to put on weight really quickly (quicker than pre-baby days!) especially when I eat a lot of carbs, sugary stuff and junk food. Juicing is by far the hardest to get into mentally but by far the quickest in terms of results (both mentally and physically). Skinny Confidential by Lauren – this is actually a ‘lifestyle’ book but I really like the cleanse in the food section as it’s less sugar loaded (fruit is really sugary!) and involves food to chew! This is my general approach to eating when I’m on the wagon, which I’ve picked up from various places but most notably from Jason Duigan’s books (incidently this is the way Elle Macpherson eats, hence my desire to look like her!); eating good carbs (no white crap), not drinking too much booze (or none if you can) or caffeine, and cutting out all sugary foods including fruit if it’s not with nuts and yoghurt. I Quit Sugar is full of ace recipes that are clean, especially useful for the ’normal’ stuff you might crave, like a biscuit, or sweet treats!
Tim Ferris writes about his slow carb diet (from 4 hour body), which also involves a blowout day! The Honest Life by Jessica Alba – again a lifestyle book (I wrote about how she made me clean the house here) but I like her take on food and clean eating. Irunnerblog – this is helpful for getting started with running and this is an interesting intro to heart-rate training which I tried yesterday and enjoyed! I try to do some weight training 2 or 3 times a week, there are some great free resources and training programs to follow, many of which can also be done at home. Youfitness – A new fitness site where you can browse loads of free Youtube workouts! It was put together in a few hours by my buddy, Lee Simpson, who also runs BlogBranch.
My main form of exercise is actually walking and I use it as a tool to get my head in shape! I’d love to hear all about your steps to keep in shape and keep motivated well beyond January!
Well good luck with all of that, it sounds like you’ll be super fit, healthy and zen doing all those things! Just after Christmas (cripes – nearly a whole month ago!) Mike, the kids and I went on our first family skiing holiday to Chantemerle in Serre Chevalier!
A year ago today I started a challenge; The castle challenge, where I aimed to see all the castles in Northumberland with Reuben and anyone else who cared to join us. If you’ve lost weight, tell me what motivated you.  If you can’t seem to get the extra pounds off, tell me what you think would motivate you.
Sadly, thats been a great source of motivation – past trips or meetings with people that I want to look good for. So yeah – if a more active than usual week, or a bout with a cold that leaves me with no appetite occurs, and I lose 3-4 pounds I am always totally amazed at the difference in my clothes, my appearance etc.

I love all the responses but yours takes the cake…by election time you guys will be too thin!!!! Weight Loss Motivation Quote – It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Unless, of course, this is about eating 3 pieces of chocolate cake, 5 slices of pizza, and a lemonade to wash it down. We post a wide range of entertainment posts from funny jokes to funny memes and pictures including the odd inspirational and awesome post.
As a result I thought it might be helpful for both of us if I do a sort of round up of resources that cover the things that have worked for me in the past from diet to fitness…plus a few new things I’m going to try! On the induction to my gym (about 5 years ago) I was told by the personal trainer that getting the body of your dreams is 80% diet, 20% exercise. The majority of what we eat at home is organic because I buy into the whole ethos behind it (not going to preach to you here, just being open) and, with the right planning, I thoroughly enjoy eating my greens and good quality protein. So, if I have something coming up, like the awards last year, a holiday, or a photo shoot, I’ll do a some juicing in the days beforehand.
So my first recommendation would be to start at 1 of Tim Ferris’ podcasts and work through them.
I too turn to juicing to help me and since I started a year a go I have seen huge improvements. Super helpful – and thanks for including my irunner blogpost about getting started with running! I know a lot of women who have a better sense of style and what works for them in their 40s than they ever did in their 20s. Eating lots of vegies, good quality meat, good fats (coconut, avocado salmon) and some fruit, seeds and nuts.
Despite never having skied before, I finally agreed to have a ski holiday under the condition that I could have some lessons in advance.
Over the year, Reuben and I, and our motley crew of friends, family and people we didn’t know, visited over 40 castles. I am convinced that if someone found the one thing that would strongly motivate them, they could do it. Granted, I like looking good for myself and feeling good about your body creates a good ripple effect on your life.

You guessed it, I’ve already bumped up the workouts to get myself bathing suit ready. I’m having some minor security issues with my latest blog and I would like to find something more secure. I want to be able to run and play with them and in time be able to do the same for my grand kids. During the long periods of time when we are losing weight we often have to do things to generate weight loss motivation.
This blog is my journey to create a happier, healthier life for myself through better food and fitness while encouraging others to do the same.
They are free for you to use, but they help support me by giving me a small commission of any sales. I plan to treat this as my motivation to lose weight and keep popping back for inspiration. I love to experiment with flavours and to cook so it’s no hardship to me {this may not be your thing, hence mentioning the other diets above with links to their sites!}.
I implemented this back in December and I’ve found it really helps me focus on what’s most important to me and then get things done. Today I thought I would reblog my Easy Pancake Recipe, which I first published here on the blog back in 2013 when Reuben was a mere year old.
Since initial excited and motivation to lose weight can wane, it’s important to keep ourselves focused on the path. Daily reminders of why you are losing weight and reasons to not give up can help keep you motivated to achieve the next level. I’ve also been hearing a lot about the power of meditation, so I’d love to give that a go over then next few weeks.
I used to meditate a lot and found it really rewarding, these days if I sit still I fall asleep so meditation is a no go for now!!
With moderate exercise (walking almost daily), changes in my eating (no junk, log all food eaten, no eating except at the table), and a support group, I’ve lost 20 of the 75 pounds I need to remove. Your suggestions upon new pproches on this topic hd been enlightening nd gret help to me personlly. This is so crazily false and the reality is that our life is right NOW, right HERE, what WE MAKE OF IT. You have the opportunity to lose weight or achieve any other goal you might have no matter how old you are or how late it feels to get your dream.
