My story is not so much of an immediate switch to real food as it is a story of finally finding out what food worked for me (which happened to be specific real foods) and eating mostly that. Then dinner is all over the board but consists of a moderate amount protein (from an animal raised on pasture), lots of seasonal vegetables, and healthy fats added in abundance but not to the point where they overwhelm the palate.
