But since I do my cardio on the street (running around the ‘hood) I do feel anxious about the idea of going for a run without having eaten nothing at all. Always use the same scales, digital if possible and remember that just because you have lost a few lbs, it doesn’t always mean it was fat. It could be water weight as you will lose a bit of water weight before the fat really starts to fall off.
