Pretend that you are Michael Jackson or Madonna (you will never see them keeping still) and do ever boogie move that you know. You might not have time to fit in long walks in your busy schedule so this is one way of ensuring that you at least get to walk for a little bit every day.
If you take a moment to observe it you will see that it is the mid section of our body that gets the least bit of exercise and that is probably why the signs of weight gain are mostly seen there.
They can keep watch over each other, help control those urges to eat and motivate each other to stick to the routine. Now this is something that you have to be careful about because we do not want you to trip.
