A "juice diet" is where you live on the liquid of the plants which contain a range of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and other essential nutrients whereas a "fast" is where you live on nothing but water. I am a firm believer you cannot get into the right frame of body without first getting into the right frame of mind. Yes, I hear this a lot, and it never ceases to amaze me how anyone with any rational sense can possibly think that someone, who has become fat by eating junk, is doing something “unhealthy” by drinking pure juice. There are many who say, “what about all the sugar in the juices?” as if the sugar in a donut is somehow the same as the sugar in freshly extracted juice. When you remove ALL junk coming into the body for seven days, and drink nothing but freshly extracted juices, you effectively take your hands away from the neck and the body can breathe again.
You shouldn’t need to, but some people, depending how much they are “withdrawing” from junkie types of foods and drink, may feel tired for a few days. Here are given 7 best (in our opinion) juice diet recipes that you can prepare to lose weight naturally. Since my last weigh in 10 days ago I have lost a total of 6lb which takes my current weight to 180lbs. The slowdown in weight loss following the first 10 days of fasting was very much expected, but I am delighted with 6lbs loss in 10 days which averages out at 0.6lb weight loss each day. I didn’t really expect to see much, if any, difference in inches this time but I have managed to drop 2” of my waist making a 3” loss in total.
My target weight loss for the completed 60 day juice fast is 30lbs, so with a total of 20lbs already lost I now just have 10lbs to lose to meet my goal.
My next weigh in will be in 10 days time at day 30 – the half-way point of this 60 day juice fast.

My hips and chest have remained the same as when last measured 10 days ago, but both my arm and thigh have lost a further 0.5” from each.
