When it comes to cooking healthy food that doesn’t bore you to tears, taking the time to plan your meals makes the world of a difference. This way I can get all the shopping and chopping done early in the week and leave only the last bits of cooking for after my  busy days. I’ve also included other things which are related to my nutrition goals, feel free to change these to suit yourself. The quote stood true, when I failed to plan, I failed, and I don’t want that to happen to others. I find the easiest way to pack healthy lunches is to utilize leftovers from dinner or make a healthy recipe on Sunday that I can pack up and eat all week.
