Working out is something I do almost every single day, so that doesn’t get too negotiated! I got hungry, rummaged through the pantry until I found something I could just eat while doing my work. I did a little research and if I would just cut up some brussels sprouts and garlic, cranked the oven to 350 degrees, tossed them in some olive oil, salt and pepper, and let them cook for about 20 minutes, I would’ve been able to eat those instead!

About 10 minutes later, I had finished an entire bag (10 servings) of trail mix and an entire bag of almonds. I don’t even want to think about the calorie count or how much I packed on in that little mindless eating bender!!!!
