It claims that eating melons is best and a person may lose up to three pounds on the first day. The diet instructed to begin the morning with a baked potato, and then eat as many vegetables as desired. I struggled on day 3 but thought I would mix it up a little and baked some cauliflower in the oven with a few spices and seasonings. I was happy with that result, but mostly feel like this diet is just a good kick start to eating healthy in general. There is another category of people who look upto extensive indulgence in Yoga asanas and Pranayama along with Ayurvedic medicines and herbal massages and Panchakarma mud packs and want to shed their extra weight in an all natural way.
At first, me being a science student, thought that it is a diet consisting of Genetically Modified food, hence the GM.

Lastly, alcohol also causes fluid retention which id in no way going to help your weight loss programme. Even though it sounds like that counts in the diet, I couldn’t help but feel like I indulged a little too much! I started off strong, with a salad free from dressing, but couldn’t help myself and ended up getting sushi for dinner.
I decided to wait to blog until about a week after the diet’s conclusion to see if the results lasted. Its just that she used to have the same lunch that i was having and somehow the menu was controlled. This diet is primarily meant to trigger some basic changes in your eating pattern and providing lesser carbs (carbohydrates that convert into sugar and deposit in your body).Repeating every month is another case and can be done, if you feel you can do it. I would advice you to just do GM diet for 7 days and then maintain the lesser calorie intake (just about 1400 good calories) to keep the weight loss momentum going.Good calories means any non-fried and non-sugar food. The intent is to change the eating habits and provide your body a chance to get rid of toxins.
You can drink it thrice a day, on all days.I would recommend drinking green tea even after you are done with GM diet. You would generally feel the minor pain in the back side of your hear at the end of the day during the diet. Note: If you have any other headache issues like a Migraine or something else, that you normally get, you should STOP dieting immediately and consult your doctor.
