Since my original Weight Watchers ProPoints post there has been loads of comments with questions about alcohol so above is from the Weight Watchers ProPoints Eating Out Guide. I joined WW last week…my friend gave me a loan of her Eating Out Guide at the weekend, its very English restuarant orientated i thought!!! Barcardi Breezer and the like are 4PP per bottle and so too are Bulmers Light and Coors Light. We were given guidance by our leader because of the level of queries WW HQ were getting, you can’t work out the pp on the NI info on alcohol yourself because not enough info is given something about Sugar alcohols.
Of course by Scrumptious cook book I actually meant Simply Satisfying Weight Watchers cook book!!!! I checked the nutritional value of vodka and there is 0g of protein carbs fat and fibre in it. Doesn’t work out on the calculator because alcohol is 7 calories a gram and not included. My friend Ashley, from Freckleberry Finds, shared an amazing Pesto Flatbread Pizza recipe that is amazing. That’s why I decided to come up with this Italian Herb Garlic Parmesan twists recipe.
They are really delicious with a little light ranch dressing or some marinara sauce (just a tad is zero points!) I just warn you they are really addicting, so I would definitely portion them out and put the rest away. Turns out not only do I prefer to spend my hard earned cash on make up & clothes, I also don’t like to spend my daily or weekly ProPoints on alcohol either! As I bought the Eating Out Guide out guide recently let me know if theres anything you would like me to look up for you & I’ll do my best! Knowing most press trips are foodapalooza, I wanted to chat with her on how to be successful while traveling.

Before chatting with her, I was really nervous about my trip, but she gave me the confidence, and the tools,  to go and have fun. I was able to be relatively moderate, but did over do it a bit.  I was still ecstatic because I was mindful for the first two days, which is a huge step for me.
Preperation and planning are huge tools to succeed, and every situation has something you can learn from it.
It’s only 2 Weight Watchers points plus for 2 breadsticks, and they are amazingly yummy.
She loves to help people finding their passions and the easy way to get through the boring stuff in life. 13lb down so far and another 28-35 to go depending on how I feel & look when I get the 28 off but one silver seven at a time!
Even though I don’t go to meetings, this program works so much better for me because I can reach out to Crystal when I need support. I’ve also been able to network with other Weight Watchers participants in Facebook groups, so I really have friends in the trenches. Breadsticks with pasta, breadsticks with pizza, heck breadsticks by themselves are delicious.
