The weekend was good to me yet again…I celebrated a dear friend and her upcoming nuptials, took a long bike ride with the hubby, spent some time at the farmers market and tested some new recipes. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week for a year now without the results I was hoping for and decided a healthy eating overhaul was needed for the results I want.
