Today I’m going to share with you a very popular 3 day diet menu plan which is also known as the Military Diet Plan.
Basically, Military Diet Plan is a short term low calorie diet plan which can be followed for faster and short term weight loss, where in you can expect to lose 10 pounds easily. When we got back I weighed in and immediately got back to tracking my calories and getting back to my normal workout routine (fitness 5 days a week with 2 rest days). Then we got dinner at Popeye’s (besides In-n-Out it’s the only fast food I like) because one opened near our place!

I heard about this diet plan from my friend first and then did some research to find out more about it. This plan needs to be followed for three consecutive days & people who wish to try this plan need to stick to the suggested food very strictly in order to get desired results.

But after doing some more research found that this diet might have some harmful side effects.
When I took a break from calorie counting and tracking during September I was definitely eating more food than normal and not paying attention to portion sizes.
After almost a month off from it and three weeks of no weight lifting, I hurt pretty badly after that. I found this diet very interesting & quite easy to follow, so thought of sharing it with you ladies as well. The day I had a slip up was a conscious choice, so I don’t know that I can really call it that. I’d been maintaining my weight for so long, I forgot just how hard it is to lose weight. I’ve found that beef keeps me full longer than anything else, and fizzy water gives me that full feeling I need.

Once I’m in the zone and maintaining it is easy but damn gaining that much so quickly was frustrating because it IS so hard to lose now. Sadly, I did weigh in and see that the original number on the scale hadn’t accurately reflected the honeymoon weight. It was our three week anniversary (haha!) and we went out to the movies for a date (we saw Gone Girl, which was great and I had worried they’d ruin the movie because the book was so great) and Michael got popcorn. I should have taken in to account that weight gain often shows up on the scale the FOLLOWING week.
