Nine portions a day is too expensive, and I don't think I need that much calories anyway, although 218 grams of protein per day would be more or less perfect for my gym needs and general health. I haven't really begun full time with this diet quite yet, but yesterday, I ate 4 portions of bonmix along with 100-200 grams of raw, shelled hemp seeds, and some stevia ketchup and agave syrup for taste. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but if it is accurate, would 4 portions of bonmix be sufficient to keep my muscle mass intact and get me real ripped and lean?
