These days, however, my adherence to a low-carb lifestyle is less about how I look on the outside and more about the health of my insides. While high levels of adrenalin and CRH decrease appetite at first, the effect is not usually long-lasting.
While the fruit list is a bit shorter than the veggie list, I indulge guilt-free in fruits that are low in sugar but high in phytonutrients. I was able to eat to satiety, and didn”t have to force myself to drink more than to thirst.
This is my first time on your site, and I am happy to see that low carb lifestyles are becoming much more widespread. Cortisol’s job is to help replenish the body after the stress has passed, and it hangs around for quite a while.
