I’ve heard so many good things about Shakeology, I should really look into that a bit more!
After 8 weeks with Tony, and P90X3, Autumn and her 21 Day Fix arrived!  It arrived a week after many people had already been starting and were seeing great results – including my 68 year old mother (more on that to come!) – so I was excited to start! I was even more excited because my husband decided to do the program with me – the eating, the exercising, everything!  Yay!  He eats well anyway, but I knew this could help kick us both into getting in some better nutrition.  Plus, the only exercise he was getting was occasional basketball, and chasing our 19 month old around.
I won’t lie…at first I was a bit nervous about the eating.  Yes, me!  I was a bit nervous, but by the third day I was good to go, and now I feel like I am actually able to just visualize what and how much we should be eating. In order to make sure that our DAY 1 (Monday) started off with a bang, we sat down on the Saturday evening before and wrote out our meal plans. It was important for us to get everything lined up and I am a very visual learner, so I incorporated a system to help me figure out how to coordinate our meals to provide balance throughout the day.

Neely, my daughter and I are trying to make a menu for this week and we’re really struggling. I have been on AIP Paleo three weeks, first two weeks I was excited to see the scale move – I saw a weight loss of 5 lbs, then I nothing. I kept the descriptions simple, but I want you to know that this was all seasoned up, and very very yummy! I just need a jumpstart would you say this is a easy way to get started and stay on the right path?
I am getting ready to start my second round of the 21 Day Fix and I’m looking for a vegan coach as I am vegan too and my current coach has a hard time advising me. I can help to an extent, but I really only work with women that are willing to try new things, step outside of their comfort zones and really want to make a lifestyle change.
This program promotes healthy eating and incorporates balanced fitness routines… and it’s all bundled into one great package! I see that that the weekly sample menus are for two, and I was wondering if you had a modified menu for singles?
I sometimes have hungry cravings at 8pm, I drink water and see if it subsides, if not I may grab an apple, but not sure if that is good so late in the evening.

I was wondering how it worked to have a personal coach to help me, since my biggest struggle is with eating. BUT…i have a problem with my back I can do most of the excercise but I do not kone if I can do the push ups or the jumping. I already have two people that are helping with coaching one main coach and the other is for support. I am interested in the cost and the effectiveness of the program for long term weight loss as I am 100lbs overweight and afraid to go for yet another fad diet.
I am very interested in doing it, especially with my wedding in September and needing to shape up. Under 100 grams of carbs is what you want to shoot for if you’re trying to lose weight.
It may be that you can break it up between your partner and yourself so that you get more and your partner gets less than 1,639 calories per day. I have done this now for one week and I have got my boyfriend to eat foods he never had and even try things we didn’t think he would.
