This weigh in followed an extremely high protein day so I’m sure some of that food is still in my digestive system. My upper abs are definitely popping out more and I’m starting to see some definition in my lower abdominal region, but still some serious work to do there.

I can’t believe that I’ve completed four cycles of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet already and only have one more 5 day cycle to go! I’m definitely using my pictures as more of a measuring tool than what the scale says. I’m really looking forward to seeing what happens during this last 5 day cycle to wrap up my complete 25 day challenge. I hope that by documenting my journey I have inspired you to transform your body and become the best that you can be! You mentioned that you were going to rely more upon the pictures than the scales to measure your progress. I was just wondering if you were experiencing the same thing I did in terms of actual weight loss and, if so, to what you were attributing the slow-down in weight loss.

Glad to see that you are going to be following Tom’s Burn The Fat program when you are finished with Xtreme Fat Loss. Would you recommend this program for someone like me who is 127 pounds and 5′3″? Women just like you are following the program successfully, so yes I would recommend it and obviously it’s been working for me. I love Friday also because I do have my cheat lunch meal on most of the Saturdays, yayyyy and I anxiously wait for the day to arrive!

It’s also more difficult to release the last few pounds of stubborn belly fat when you are already lean, so I am quite pleased. If the weather co-operates I will be taking the remainder of my photos in the same spot outdoors at the same time to make sure they are consistent.
It kind of forces you to take it one day at a time and make the most out of each day instead of thinking too long term. I was really feeling it for the first 4 days because I wasn’t use to this style of training. For example, many of us found it difficult to consume the amount of calories for the moderate carb day and the high protein day. I’ve heard many of the members mention that they are craving fruit, which is a big change from chocolate. The support of my community has helped and having a goal of looking my best ever for our upcoming beach vacation is really driving me forward, but it’s the changes in my body that are really exciting me and pushing me to complete the program.
I can see a *little* difference maybe in your stomach, but it’s hard to tell since shadows and lighting really do play a big part.
My first cheat day on cycle 2 was interesting because I really wasn’t craving things, although things sounded good. I know the program is based on burning as many calories as possible and creating a big caloric deficit through diet and exercise together.
I had some explaining to do in the support community to help people understand the program.
I am going to start the diet on the 22nd and would like to use Fatlossquickie exercises for the program.
It sure seems to be getting easier as we go along on this diet and knowing that there is only one cycle left makes it feel like it’ll be over and done with in a blink of an eye. All in all these are pretty darn good results for 5 days with one of them being a cheat day. My veins are popping out a lot more in my arms and the separation between my arms and shoulders is becoming even more obvious.

You could also run to washroom to offload ?? and very soon your tummy could scream for food! A low fat muffin  say for example has 100 calories, a full fat regular muffin would have 160-170 calories. I found that it took the remaining four days of the cycle to make up for the cheat day and start looking better.
And what’s really exciting is that I’m starting to see my stubborn lower belly fat disappear! You could add dressings to your salad which will keep you full for longer, but most of them are nothing but sugar and preservatives.
I find that when my cloths become looser around the waist, it’s a major motivator for me.
Some members are still experiencing chocolate cravings and are making plans to overcome them during the second cycle. The mirror was showing that I looked much better prior to the fourth cheat day and didn’t start to improve until the end of the moderate carb day.
Most of the sugar in baked items comes from high fructose corm syrup, the yuckiest sugar ever! You also are more likely to eat a bigger portion because the fat that makes you full has been reduced! When you make tea with a low fat milk, you will add more milk as compared to the tea in which you add full fat milk. When you add fat to your salad, it helps your body absorb antioxidants like beta-carotene and lycopene from carrots, peppers and tomatoes. Since you don’t get the right density of your tea, you add more low fat milk , meaning more sugar.
