The majority of our Personal Trainers offer both 60-minute and 30-minute sessions, as well as individual instruction (1 client) or doubles training (2 clients). One-on-one allows for a dedicated workout environment in which the personal trainer and the client to work closely together on the performance of individual goals. Training with a friend or co-worker is a great way to save money and have a built in accountability partner.
