Task Dashboard

The Task Dashboard is a screen within the Clarity Web Application to make it easier to slice-and-dice the data about Completed Tasks in Clarity.

The Dashboard uses a Pivot Table concept, so that you can look at data orgranized in any shape, for example:

Summarize the tasks that ran last night by Type and Status
Which days of the week have the highest task loading?
What are the most common types of Task Errors are we seeing?
Are task errors happening more often on a particular Task Server?

All of these questions, and more, can be answered by the Task Dashboard. To use the dashboard, you'll need to pick a date range, then pick one or more columns to be used in the following ways:

Which column(s) to organize for your rows
Which column(s) to organize for your columns (if any)
Which column(s) to use as your data (here, we recommend speifically "Task Count", "Task Duration", or "Files Created").
Finally, which column(s) to use for filtering.

Saving Your Layout

In the Server-level Task Dashboard, it is possible to save a layout that you find useful. These saved layouts will be available to ALL users who can access this page.
