Space Programming Reports
Space Programming Reports give the ability for web-based users to check
on the status of the design (in terms of actual vs. planned state).
This is based on Revit users performing a "Sync" or "FF&E
Sync" so that data is updated back within Clarity.
The current reports available are:
- Actual vs. Program: Shows, requirement-by-requirement, how
many rooms are required vs. actual as well as the program area vs.
actual for each requirement.
- Actual Space Details: Shows, actual space by actual space, how
the space compares to the program requirement it implements.
- FFE Actual vs. Program: Shows, room-by-room, what items are intended
to be in the room, the planned quantities and actual quantities.
- Revit Models Used For Actuals: This is important, particularly
if you use multiple Revit models in your plan, or if you have renamed
a model. This tells you which Revit models were used in the synchronization
of actual data, including how many spaces or FF&E items are associated
with each model. If you look at this report and see a model which
should no longer be used, you will have to PURGE the project database
and re-synch the data to get a clean set of data.
