Vice President Dick Cheney is expected to spend most of August at his home in the Jackson Hole area, a spokeswoman said.

Cheney is expected to arrive in Jackson Hole next Sunday and remain at his home at Teton Pines until about Sept. 3, according to spokeswoman Juleanna Glover Weiss.

"He's going to have some trips in and out, but he's going to be stationed in Wyoming," she said.

President Bush has no plans to visit Jackson Hole, Glover Weiss said.

The vice president travels on Air Force Two and has been accompanied by an Air Force transport plane that carries various security vehicles and limousines.

While vacationing in Jackson Hole earlier this summer, Cheney fished on the South Fork of the Snake River in Idaho and on the main Snake in Jackson Hole.
