After 2 set of 20 reps of each (Squat Thrust Shoulder Presses, Bicep Curls, & Dips) we again head to the treadmill for 1-3 minute sprint.
After our sprints, we are ready to end with some agilities which can be a variety of things (Jumping rope, Side to Side slides keeping your butt low and in a squat postion, Step Up’s on a bench or Bench Jumps).
