If you are a sports enthusiast, or you just want to be fit, it is very wise that you have come to include rotator cuff exercises in your usual routine.
Because the small muscles that make up the rotator cuff are not as visible as pectoral or bicep muscles, they frequently are.

The clavicle or collarbone meets the shoulder at the acromion where a small joint is found. This joint can be injured to varying degrees in a fall onto the outside part of the shoulder.
