The following Boxing Workout Sessions are available in private and semi-private (two-participant) sessions.


Boxing instructors incorporate a variety of punching, abdominal and movement exercises into this full-body workout. Boxing Instructor and Master Trainer Eric Martinez uses functional exercises and classic boxing fundamentals to work your entire body. A proper boxing punch is performed in quick extensions of the arm, followed by quick retractions back to starting position. After this workout is complete, you will realize how strenuous a boxing fitness training session is, and what a great cardio workout it provides. In Boxing Workout Sessions, our boxing instructors not only teach the foundations of boxing, but also provide fun and challenging boxing workouts.


Boxing is an intense cardiovascular workout, so it can be quite taxing on the body, especially for those body bar exercises are not used to it.
