Lower body workouts no weights, toes to bar crossfit technique - Review

Alright people I hope you are ready to work because boy do I have a fun little workout for you today.
A short, sharp, quick but effective, hard and fast, no equipment, no excuses lower body workout baby! Although I gotta be honest, even though these exercises are focused on your lower body this is more of a total body workout because lemme just tell you now, your heart rate will be through the roof!
Today’s workout is a little different from my usual but it also happens to be all kinds of fun.
Not this girl thats for sure and once you try this workout you’ll agree I just know it. The following workouts were previously featured on this blog over the past year or two, but since I receive a lot of requests for travel or living room workouts that don’t require equipment, I figured it might be nice to have them all in one place. Though these workouts don’t require any fancy gym equipment, they’re still sure to make you sweat!


Sweat It Out Cardio + Abs Circuit Workout: This workout combines plyometric exercises with exercises that target the core for a total body workout. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Circuit Workout: Substitute squat jumps for the box jumps in this workout and prepare to sweat! Heart Pounding Cardio Workout: Substitute squat jumps for the box jumps and complete this workout outside in between 10-minute bursts of running or speed walking. I went to Hawaii earlier this year with my bf and not everywhere had gyms so I did tabata workouts in our hotel room.
Tell me some of your favorite no equipment exercises or about your favorite workout clothes.
When we aren’t busy with our little lady you will either find me cooking up a storm in my humble little kitchen or working out, lifting some heavy duty weights. Simply substitute jumping jacks for the 60 seconds of jump rope to complete this workout without any equipment.


I usually pack a resistance band with the door attachment – easy way to get a resistance workout in a hotel room. I like the idea of hotel room workouts because, as one other person commented, you can get it out of the way in the morning and not worry about it.
Body weight workouts are awesome, even when not traveling : ) My favorite way to workout when traveling is to go on a run just for the purpose of exploring a new place. Or to bring workout dvds with you and to put them in the laptop, go running on the beach or powerwalking, swim in the pool, etc. Hotel room workouts are easy and can be done first thing in the morning so you don’t have to worry about it during the day.
