When working with clients that had eliminated animal proteins from their diets, the number one task for me is to assemble a diet that meets their daily need, including total I know people who eat soy products. It’s common knowledge that human beings must have protein to maintain a healthy diet, but there is some confusion about which sources are best.

Protein is definitely important – but having a balance of macronutrients is even more important! One of the most common ones i received were that protein is expensive and if i could recommend some cheap sources of protein. It just goes to show that the program is not providing enough fat and carbs, and she’s trying to make up for it with excessive amounts of protein. I definitely feel great -the protein helps my body build muscle really quickly and the fats keep me feeling full and help my hair and skin :). Once I returned to the way I’d been eating prior starting the program, I felt MUCH better.
