Thanks for your help, I checked your BMI calculator and wow its says that I'm overweight although I lost 85 Lbs (38) kg at 5 ft 8".

My target is 220 pounds and I would like to get muscles so I can run a 5k in the future and also would like to discard all my medicines, what do you recommend. I’m a vegetarian and eat very clean (as clean as food gets on a college campus) and am overall happy with my fitness level. I am trying to decide if I need to loose more fat (up the cardio) or strengthen my core with ab exercises.
