Sit ups are a good way to keep your abs if you have them but if you are trying to get abs don’t do them to often. Your body will want to store water if it dosnt get enough of it…that fat below the stomach area is a prime example. But, I try sneaking in some health snacks to get them good 5-6 meals a day I’ve been doing that for about 2weeks now and my top 4abs are visible and my V-lines are visible!
