Alright guys, you’ve graduated Overland Park CrossFit On-Ramp and now it’s time to get going! I’ve had a lot of success with a strength program called One Man One Barbell (OMOB), a CrossFit-friendly program where you pick one movement per day and do a few heavy sets followed by an Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) workout.

Every Friday I’ll do a different variation of Fran, leading to a final retest exactly 30 days after I start.
