If you want to maintain your current weight, this level is found by multiplying your weight by 15. Those who are successful at losing weight make evolutionary changes with their diets, not revolutionary changes. With the time of year upon us where we look more to the comfort foods we enjoy now the weather is turning for the worse, the cold, the rain makes it hard to eat a salad.

Yet, even though the Paleo diet is very similar, it has more of a long term mindset, and can be sustains for longer periods giving you nutrition that the Atkins diet just will not. So, research, research and research the right diets before taking them up, pick one that is sustainable and won’t make you ill of hungry.
The reason for the high number of 7 is that it will boost your metabolism and help burn more calories, ie fat, more quickly.
When looking for a diet to lose weight, pick a diet that you know you can sustain, use your common sense, look at reviews and if it has helped more people than not. And more importantly, do it, take the action, stick to the diet and get the health you so desperately want and need.
